We asked Angela for assistance with this. She went above and beyond to help us pick the planters, as well as the best plants. There's a great variety in this store and it's kind of like Hobby Lobby for houseplants! HOWEVER - the plant condition is hit or miss and very little is tagged in this store. There are signs but they say things like "$15 and up" or there's posters for non specific items but few products (including plants) are individually tagged. I was unsure of how much my items actually cost until I got to the register and was a little baffled at the price point. While I enjoyed the experience of coming in here, I don't think I'm part of this store's target demographic and I'm not pleased with the condition of my (common variety) plant post finding out it was $50 at the register

The staff is always helpful and the prices are reasonable. They immediately greet you as you walk in and ask if you need assistance. For example, if you don't have a clue what type of grass seed to use under a shade tree, they have the answer. If you don't have a tree to plant grass under, they have trees too. You need grass sod? Yep, they got it. Also, there's a good selection of organic fertilizers to choose from if you want to go that route. In the fall, they have tulip bulbs a plenty to throw in the ground for gorgeous garden color in the spring!

Today, it's a nightmare. I would not buy the "inferior" ace product line. They fail to preform and follow industry standards. The high cost adds insult to injury.
