Their self-checkout has issues more often than not. And the people who are supposed to be monitoring the self-checkout are either not present or can't figure out how to make a checkout work. I rarely shop at this store anymore. The last time I shopped there the self-checkout froze on me and they attendant told me they would be back in a few minutes. That was several months ago. I have not shopped from that event until today. I encountered the same exact problem. If so check out froze up. I turned around and look at the attendant. She gave me a thumbs up. I attempted to keep scanning items and it was still for us up. I turned around to get the attendance attention. She was gone. My suggestion if you live in the area. Shop one of the local markets that care about their customers and know how to operate a grocery store. I would like to note that I do not immediately jump to Yelp due to negative experiences. I have written the save Mart customer service twice about the issues at this location and not received any response.

I scheduled an oil change with one of Mike Nash's previous employees one day late last year. I had no idea the business had been sold and that Nash no longer owns this once-stellar, home-town business. At the end of the oil change/tire rotation, I was handed a bill for $160. I couldn't believe it. It wasn't until then I learned the truth about the sold business. No explanation could justify this OUTLANDISH price. I will never go back there again, even though it is within walking distance of my home and workplace. Seriously, never again. There will NEVER be an excuse for that kind of price-gouging. The world has gone nuts, and the people I believe now own this business are creating a HUGE conglomerate within California, Oregon, and Washington. Hassan and Sons, aka HS Energy, currently has more than 160 stores, and I don't believe they are doing ANY of it for the right reasons.

We were hours from home, and there's limited services in the area. Gave Nash Service a call, and they said they could get us taken care of right away. Within 30 mins, we had our car there and they found a large screw in the tire that caused the leak. They offer tire repair and plug services, but they also had tires in our size available and on-hand if needed. We decided to just replace the tire (as it already had a prior repair/plug completed). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and was not pushy just trying to get a sale. They honestly cared about my family, and gave us the best solution available to get us back home. We were in-and-out in about 40 mins, and they charged a very affordable and reasonable price for the replacement tire. In this area -- There's not many options for services like this. We were worried about being taken advantage of, or having someone charge us 2 or 3 times the normal price (just because they could). We were ready to limp our car back home on our donut-spare, but also relieved that we didn't have to. I'm glad that Nash Service was there when we needed them! And I'm glad I chose to give them a try. They saved our family trip!! Thank you!!!
