I went to Zales in Folsom and to Kenny G in Roseville and they were like wow can't believe how much damage was done to my ring. I had had Kenny G & Company Fine Jewelers in Roseville fix my ring from the damage they did. It's incredible the difference. It is night and day. My ring now looks new and how I wanted it. Don't go to S & L Gem in Roseville. Levi should be fired because he has no clue what he is doing or anything about jewelry. So be careful and don't shop there. Go to a reputable place like Kenny G & Company Fine Jewelers. They know what they are doing and professional and back what they do. Also one last thing they made my ring the wrong size as well when I went back Levi didn't care. So please save yourself a headache.
