You can barely shop because the aisles are so full of stuff that should be in the back. It's a hazard, really. Managers are constantly in the back talking so negatively about every little thing. They talk so badly about employees and customers and every one can hear them. Most of the cashiers are extremely rude or spend all their time talking to friends or family making the check out line so long and when you get to counter, they act like they're better than you. There used to be a friendly gal but I guess they got rid of her because the vibe in there is awful now. I really wouldn't recommend this branch. Go to grocery outlet or drive to town. Kinda like sucks to give it a star but have to. Hoping it improves but I doubt it.

We switched all of our prescriptions and drove the 30 minutes to Jackson, just to not deal with these rotten people. I have since moved our prescriptions back to the local CVS and will stay there as long as they keep a positive, helpful staff.

Their policy is to come out and measure so to not pick something that won't fit. In our case one drawer would only be able to open part way because of handle on oven. They made sure we were happy with how the install looked, tested the units and gave short tutorial on use. During the whole project communication was good with Angela. So I showed up a few weeks later and it was ready but they said they forgot to call me. That same night it broke again. I brought it back and wanted a refund. Apparently they have a no refund policy and if it's broken, they won't give you back what you paid. I complained a bit and they finally decided to give me a credit in the amount I originally paid. Ridiculous that I can't get my money back for a product that I never got to wear, and I was forced to exchange it for something else. I will never come back here again. Employees are not empowered to make customers happy and make something right. Do not shop here and if you do be aware that you cannot return anything no matter how crappy the product is.
