Stopped in with my mom and we were amazed at how well shelves were stocked, brightness of store, wider aisles and selection. This store is a clean, friendly hidden gem to the neighborhood. Rob, the store manager is an example of what customer service should be in retail. He was very helpful, pleasent, personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Look forward to future shopping trips , and would defintly prefer this location over others.

Before purchasing anything, just make sure you are actually getting a good deal and don't expect to find anything of great quality. I unfortunately frequent the place more often than I care to and on the best trips, I get in and out with only the mildest form of wishing I could crawl out of my skin. It's a vibe, if you will, and 90% of the time, the vibe is just so unpleasant. It's dark and dingy. It's always so cluttered and in the words of Marie Kondo it does NOT spark joy. It takes forever to find things because of the clutter. They're not the greatest with coupons, including applying the ones they have and are offering. There's always issues with price checks and mislabeling. Very seldom is there not an issue checking out. There is usually one person working the register so the line will get held up when the machine isn't working right or something isn't ringing up properly. There's at least one person who works there who is pleasant enough, but any given day it's like both the staff and the clientele are in a competition to see who can be the most unpleasant or the rudest. But sometimes you luck up and find the things you're looking for and all that good stuff. So what can you do?

Employees were in the store restocking which I hardly see most locations for some reason. Cool Set up of store compared to many I've been to in other states. I saw a lot of cool books and other things that would make a great gift for someone but I got headsets and some candy instead. If you have a sweet tooth, they have great deals. When I checked out a sales person asked if I found everything I needed. The only reason a star is taken away is because I wasn't greeted when I entered and I feel that's something that isn't consistent here. It may be hard to greet Everyone but if you're right by the entrance, it shouldn't be.
