I have also heard their employee Judy calling customers retards and John is especially rude with customers. There are often long lines to make purchases. The district managers Melissa Cierechowicz and Mark Ranney should also be fired for allowing this store to be poorly managed. I have decided not to shop in Dollar General stores ever again. I agree a Price Rite should replace this Dollar General. Even an ALDI store would be better.

The store is silent, despite the overwhelming amount of customers, as their is no music to hypnotize you into buying all the cheap goodies. walking in I was immediately drawn to the snack zone but that could just be because my stomach was growling. There are legitimate groceries for those of you who are as addicted to broccoli cheddar bites as we are, or you can choose from an assortment of other departments from affordable birthday cards to the stuff that makes your toilet sparkle. So far the store is pretty immaculately clean, save for the reshops that idiots so rudely leave by the registers, but it also isn't fully stocked yet. The belts of registers aren't automatic yet so be prepared to help push your items along. Our cashier was timid, slowly counting our change and thrusting it into my hand, but with a little time and a bit of effort, this conveniently located Dollar Tree may be the best thing to happen to this area in a long time.

But this store is not that (anymore). Burlington still has some nice outerwear, but they're a whole lot more than coats! I should get this out of the way early -- Burlington offers a five-star shopping experience unless you need a dressing room, in which case, a solid four point five stars. They have dressing rooms, but they aren't always open. I think it began during Covid, and my guess is, it's been hard to find good help and when you've got to work with a less-than-full staff, that's kind of the obvious place to cut. Anyway, I don't really know when the dressing rooms are open and when they're not, but they were not open a couple of days ago when I took my mom in to do a little shopping. Fortunately for us, there's no reason to test out their return policy. Burlington really is one of my favorite stops for clothing. They've got a really nice selection of clothes for ladies, men, juniors, and kids. I love their brands and the prices are super-affordable. There have been a few times I found clothes on the hanger that should have been in a bin to send back to the manufacturer - a rip here or a stain there. But most of the time, the clothes are exactly as they should be when you're buying NEW clothes. One of my favorite aisles at Burlington is the home decor section. The picture frames, shelf sitters, candles, wooden signs -- I just can't resist myself! They make great gifts or seasonal decor when I'm looking to change things out. Burlington has a rewards program or some kind of Burlington super-fan thing. I honestly don't know what it is, but if you give them your phone number every time you go, they find you and say, "yeah - you're in the program!" and then they ring you up and you pay them and then they thank you and send you on your way. I have no idea what else is happening, honestly. I don't know if I'm earning points or just giving away personal information. But they have a program like that if you're looking for one. Customer service is great. The cashiers are always friendly and nice to chit-chat with while you're checking out. Oh - and here's a tip -- don't try to take your cart out to your car. Trust me; don't even try it.
