Today I went to Tri-City Sales in Ipswich, MA. To shop for new double ovens. It was a remarkably…read morepainless process! The woman we did business with is the sister of the owner (her name is Janet... ask for her!!) and she was very professional and competent. My parents had done business with her before and I was pleased to meet her. One of the big things that pleased me was that the disposable fee for my old oven is going to be less than $100 and the install is less than $300. I had gone to Doyon's in Gloucester earlier in the day and the quoted me $800 for the same service!! I will have my new ovens in less than two weeks. It will be great to have it done since I replaced my cooktop last year (took the gas out and put an induction top in).

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Chuck H was particularly helpful, patiently answering all my questions and guiding me through the different options without any pressure. Their expertise made a potentially stressful decision easy and straightforward. Not only did I find the perfect appliances, but their prices were great and very competitive with the big box stores. The entire process from browsing to checkout was smooth and efficient. It was easy to arrange delivery around my schedule. I highly recommend Tri-City Sales to anyone in need of home appliances! I will definitely be a returning customer."

I visited this establishment to pick up a few things before work. When I walked in the cashier was…read moreoutside smoking a cigarette while someone was at the counter waiting to cash out. She waited about 5 minutes before he finished and came back in. Not once did he say that he would be right in or even stop smoking to do his job. When I approached the counter to pay I didn't see a sign on the door or near the register that suggested they didn't take credit cards, so I had mine out ready to pay. He looked at me and said no cards. I said oh okay, and before I could open my wallet to look for cash he took my items from the counter and put them behind him as if to suggest I wouldn't pay for them. Needless to say I found this extremely rude and even though I had the cash I didn't offer it up and just left. I will not be going back for this reason as well as they don't have a very strong selection of items, things were not stocked up and they didn't have a lot to offer. Overall horrible experience, I suggest if you're downtown, just go to the CVS around the corner.

I strayed once and used another lawn tractor service company because ED was booking 3 weeks out and I could not wait. That company was three times the cost for pick up and held my tractor ransom for 3 weeks before they even started to work on it. The company was deceitful. BUT not ED's Lawnmower- he picked up my tractor at a fraction of the other guys cost and had it back to me the following week. I have been using this company for years. Hello Carbon Colors staff, My name is DONALD BELAND…read moreand I am 71 years old, and this is the first time I have ever written a review about a business. I was recently promoted to Chairman of all fundraising activities for the Dracut American Legion, and being new to the process, I was fearful I would screw things up, which would hurt the Legion's opportunity to help veterans of Dracut, and surrounding communities. I turned to Carbon Colors, and it was the best move of all. Ann and her staff greeted me with open arms, and their first question was what were my highest expectations. They listened to what I needed, then courteously offered their suggestions. I could tell right away that they are professionals. All the staff help each other, and their main goal is to produce a product that the customer is more than pleased with. Through your efforts, the Dracut Legion can continue to HELP several needy organizations in the Dracut community. Dracut is lucky to have you, and I wish you continued success in both of your businesses. Ann and her staff are phenomenal. It is a pleasure doing business with you, and there is no other place I would go. Thank you, Don Beland Lowell MA
