Today I got myself a Tenor Guitar and wanted to put it in "Chicago Tuning," but in my haste to tune it, I broke a string after having it out of the box for all of 3-5 minutes (everything I touch breaks!) I immediately put on my coat and drove over to University Music. The wonderful woman behind the counter is always as kind as can be, and willing to help when I come in with all of my issues. Love this place. (If you are a Bari Uke player and have not tried a Tenor Guitar, put it on your bucket list. This thing is fucking fun. I'm so grateful to have found On It Movers to help make the process a whole lot easier. Admittedly, I checked four or five moving companies before settling on this company based on a combination of price and availability. The On It Movers had supplies available to use and to purchase, including moving blankets for my furniture, cutting down on the need to make a trip to Home Depot to sort these items. On the day of the move, they were in constant contact to share updates on their estimated arrival. The move itself came in exactly as estimated both in terms of the time they estimated it would take and budget. As an added bonus, both of the guys are super friendly which given the stress of moving, makes a world of difference. I'll be moving again in two months into a new apartment (from a storage unit), and will certainly be using On It Movers again. Takeaway: Save for yourself the time and trouble of researching companies and just go with this one.
