I strayed once and used another lawn tractor service company because ED was booking 3 weeks out and I could not wait. That company was three times the cost for pick up and held my tractor ransom for 3 weeks before they even started to work on it. The company was deceitful. BUT not ED's Lawnmower- he picked up my tractor at a fraction of the other guys cost and had it back to me the following week. I have been using this company for years. If you want reasonable and reliable service than choose ED's!

I can't say enough good things about this place and these people. I was in the market for a new…read morepush mower, and torn between the higher end models by Toro and Honda. After about 30 hours of YouTube review videos, I was still stuck. I visited a few other shops closer to me in Nashua. To my surprise, these other places wouldn't let me try anything before buying, even just to feel it. They told me, "some people love Toro's personal pace, others hate it". Not exactly comforting when they won't let you try something. With the threat of 30%+ restocking fees, I wasn't taking the gamble. Then I found these guys. I visited the shop, they put some gas in one for me, I pushed it about 10 feet, and they earned my business because of it. Buddy was the employee who helped me and he was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. Thanks Buddy! I won't need another mower for at least a decade, but I'll gladly drive twice as far to visit these guys versus my local shops. I am very happy with what I got, and for a great price! I'll be a customer for as long as I live here.

Turf Depot of Londonderry is my go to for all my outdoor products. Kris C. & Buddy are so willing…read moreto help out with whatever product I may be looking for. They are both very knowledgeable about all the products they sell! Their customer service is second to none. I am a homeowner not a contractor & I am treated the same as every contractor that walks through the door. They truly make you feel very comfortable & take the time to go over all the different products they have & what would be the best fit for your needs. I purchased a (FWD) self propelled lawn mower this past summer (2022) & an Echo backpack leaf blower this past Saturday (10/29/2022). I could not be happier with my purchases & the customer service I receive! My next purchase in the near future will be an Ariens snowblower. The products that are sold at Turf Depot are far superior than anything sold at the big box stores. There is no need for me to purchase any of my outdoor products at a big box store ever again! Thanks Buddy & Kris for always making this a pleasurable experience for me! Jim P

The store in Danvers isn't exactly designed for window-shopping, with a lot of floor models packed into a small area; if you want to window-shop first, go to Home Depot and kick the tires there. We went in knowing exactly which model dishwasher we wanted; they matched the advertised prices from the big-box stores, and knocked off a few bucks from their normal installation to make the final price less than what the big box bill would have been. It took a few weeks to get the exact model in (not so great, but we did order a few weeks before Christmas) but they had delivery and installation on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas, which was a big plus. The installation wasn't exactly white-glove, but the installer was thorough, polite and pleasant, and got the job done.
