these guys are great. brian helped me compare all of the available riding mowers and wound up leading me to one that was better for my needs and far less expensive than what i went to look at in the first place. then, i was looking for a husqvarna leaf blower that they did not stock, and bryan ordered it and sold it at the same "lowest price" i'd found online! they set it up and had it ready in days (hey, free assembly too!). i would not take my business anywhere else, and these guys do all of my annual maintenance too. they are supremely honest. read more

Over the winter I bought a snowblower from NSPE. Husqvarna chain saw needed repair, so brought it in. Mentioned that I had terrible service at Don's Power on route 1 in Peabody and was looking for new place. Told the guy behind the counter what was wrong and that it probably needed a specific part. Said I desperately needed in back 11 days later. I called numerous times to check on it and they never answer the phone! Went in and they hadn't even touched it! Said I would try to use it over the weekend but didn't want to lose my place in their queue. Guy said ok. Brought it back 2 days later. Said again what the problem was. Said they would order the part and shouldn't be long. Again, I called to check and did not answer the phone. Went back after a week and guy said they got the part in but they hadn't gotten to it. Looked 15 min for the part but couldn't find it. Said it would be done the next day. You guessed it, called 5-6 times and left message to PLEASE call me. No calls. Went back a few days later and it was finished, but I had asked for new chains and to check out the chains I brought in which did not appear to be done. In all the saw was there for a month! Apparently the owner had some family issues, but the employees there should at least be calling customers back or answering the phone! Not very good customer service as far as I'm concerned. read more
