My sister and I ordered 2 cabbage rolls, Potato and Cheese Pierogies, Meat Pierogies with bacon and onions to share. For my son, we tried ordering the schnitzel sandwich, but was told that was unavailable. My son doesn't eat mashed potatoes so I asked if I could just order him a schnitzel and she said yes. The food came out in about 15 minutes. The cabbage rolls were fantastic, the perfect amount of acidity in the sauce. I really don't like tomatoes or cabbage, but there is something special about the cabbage rolls. I ate very bit of mine. The pierogies were wonderful. I usually prefer just potato and cheese, but honestly between those and the meat, I couldn't decide which I liked more. Both were flavorful especially with the sauteed onions and sour cream. My son's schnitzel was huge! He could only eat about half of it and when my son asked for ketchup (much to my dismay) the owner was very nice about it and commented that's the way her daughter likes it too. Honestly the food was absolutely wonderful and the service was great. It was very similar to what I had in Poland. If this restaurant was closer to my home I would visit often. We had no issue with parking. We were able to get a spot on the street right in front of the restaurant. Parking was also not too expensive since you aren't in the downtown area. If you are in the area and want a wonderful meal, be sure to visit.

It has a huge piece of thin pork that's not too greasy and comes with loads of sauerkraut or great caramelised onions that add some sweetness, or both. They make their own bread and pastries so everything is nice and fresh. The portion was enough that I was full with half the sandwich and enjoyed the rest later. We also tried a bunch of pastries, the best were the cherry (I think it was) triangle pastry with crystal sugar on it (flaky and still warm, so good) and the cinnamon roll (the right amount of sweet). The croissant had a lot of potential, flaky and buttery (not the typical bread shaped like a croissant that you find in other places), but it was a little under done in the middle so will have to try it again to give it another chance. The other pastries were nice, but not favourites. We enjoyed it and would get food from here again, or maybe try the restaurant some time.

For all the crepes, the filling was generous but they cut all the pieces too big. All the crepes would have been better if the ingredients were all cut smaller. Looking around the restaurant, the portion sizes did appear generous. Overall, good experience and we will be back.
