Cute spot for coffee and tea with a few pastries readily available. They also have a good menu for sandwiches and bagels for breakfast. I got the tiramisu latte and it was not overly sweet, smooth and creamy with a dusting of cocoa. I've never heard of a tiramisu latte so I'm glad I got to try something new out. There's ample parking across the street lot and the actual coffee spot is a cool find. It's inside oxnards transit center and it's a vibe.

Love me a good coffee shop with amazing customer service, and this place did not disappoint one bit. I love trying a new coffee shop every weekend, and this visit was such a great experience. A huge plus is that it's family-owned, which always makes it feel more special. I've been recommended this spot for quite a while but never had the chance to try it until now--and I can confidently say I'll definitely be coming back. It's conveniently located inside a train station, which is perfect if you commute or travel by train. They also have plenty of seating if you want to sit down and enjoy your food. I ordered my usual sugar-free vanilla oat latte, and they had plenty of options to choose from. I added banana cold foam, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee itself was great, but the cold foam really elevated the flavor. I also ordered a turkey sandwich with extra protein, and it did not disappoint. My sister got a bagel with cream cheese, and from the taste of it, it felt homemade. To satisfy our sweet tooth, we also tried a cannoli that the barista mentioned was French-inspired--it was absolutely delicious. I honestly wish I had gotten one just for myself, haha. Overall, this was a great experience. I would come back any day and any time.

Yelp Event: I love the fact that the coffee and snacks spot is tucked away in the Oxnard Metrolink/ Amtrak Station. Plenty of parking in front of Station. Walk into entrance and shop is on the right in big open space. Plenty of seating and tables. The baristas were friendly and helpful, also very patient with my coffee questions. They gave us a bag with a bottle opener, free coffee drink and a canelle snack. I ordered an iced oat latte. Strong like I like it and delicious! I will definitely return for a caffeine boost and yummy baked foods. Lots of people were ordering sandwiches which looked fresh and delicious. PSA- *Always tip your baristas!*

I came here on a Friday morning with my sister and the wait wasn't too long. Chill environment, some people were working or studying, and music wasn't too loud. I was planning to get a coffee but once I saw that they're serving Hojicha now I had to get a Hojicha latte instead. I got a Hojicha latte with maple syrup, oat milk and a cream top and it was delicious. My sister got a matcha latte with simple syrup, whole milk and a cream top and hers was also very tasty. As someone who grew up in Oxnard but now lives in LA, I'm very happy to see a place in Oxnard that has quality matcha/hojicha. Will definitely be coming back here whenever I visit! Super friendly baristas too! Loved that they asked for some feedback after a couple sips of our drinks as well.

Matcha was great! As a first timer , I didn't know what to expect but the girl at the register made sure I knew what was the best from their menu and I'm glad she did. Matcha + their mascarpone foam , is so delicious I had to go back even if it's not the closest from me. Can we also add that it's at a train station? The cutest vibes watching the train pass by right behind you !

My second time here. This time I chose an iced lavender latte and a croissant. My coworker got an iced matcha and a canele. She said the matcha is the best she has had in Ventura County. Dolce Vita is one of Oxnard's standout destinations where the staff is every bit as wonderful as the coffee. You'll never want to get your Java anywhere else. The Matcha is also simply perfect. Amazing variety in organic and exotic coffee drinks as well as locally made delicious baked goods. The sandwiches are perfect and for a snack that will make you feel like you're enjoying the simple elegance of Europe, try the ham and cheese bun. Our faces light up when we walk through the front doors of the Oxnard Train Station and smell the wafting aroma of coffee. Will, Ron & So Young always make us feel like family, bring a smile to our faces and brighten our day! The best!!

What a gem! So unexpected to have a high quality coffee shop in the train station. The Lavender latte and rose vanilla latte were delicious. Rich, smooth, and worth the price. Our drinks were ready very quickly. I think I liked the rose vanilla a tad more. We got the ham and cheese croissant which was good and flaky, but the star was the turkey sandwich. Small enough to hold without making a mess, thoughtfully assembled, and filled with quality ingredients to where you fill satisfied and good about what you ate. The bun was pillowy soft which was delightful! They call out your order by what you got -so keep your ears peeled. Staff is very nice and eating area was clean. 100% recommend and can't wait to go back!

The caramel sea salt truffle latte will have you coming back weekly. Rich and creamy, with the right amount of flavors and espresso to get you through your morning. Will and his crew are amazing. And will often offer suggestions of their drinks. This location is located inside the Oxnard Transit Center. Can get a little busy with the train and bus travelers, but don't let that stop you from coming in.

I love Dolce Vita. Will always greets with a smile and is so happy to see you back! We are so lucky to have this spot in Oxnard. My friend was visiting and she also really enjoys Dolce, so we stopped by. I was so happy to also run into a very good friend while she was waiting for a train. The only downside about this location is the transit bathrooms :/ They're often closed and there's nowhere else to use a restroom. Other than that, I love Dolce! It's cozy and I am never disappointed by their coffee or bites! I hear often. If in Oxnard , stop by, take a few pictures ... ohhh and don't miss the gorgeous "Oxnard" mural outside. Def pic worthy!!!!

I came here for the first time a couple of months ago when I was working across the street. I had never heard of this place before and simply searched for coffee nearby, which led me here. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. I ended up coming in regularly during that time. After being relocated, I hadn't had the chance to return, but I recently came back because I truly missed it. I also noticed that the menu seemed to offer more options than before (or I hadn't noticed them previously‍), which was a great bonus since I enjoy trying new items. I ordered a matcha and a coffee for myself and my partner, and both were excellent. The sandwich was also very enjoyable. I have recommended this place to many people and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend The staff is super nice and welcoming, which really makes the whole experience even better. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

There is a reason Dolce Vita has almost 5 stars. Every time I stop by I'm never disappointed. It's rare to find a coffee shop that brings out the flavors they have on the menu without hindering the coffee flavor. I love that they also roast their own beans! *Sharing what I wrote elsewhere here because more people need to try good coffee. I stopped by Dolce Vita for the first time Saturday night as an emergency because it was the closest coffee shop open to me at the time (I live across the city). I was expecting something decent but not a specialty shop and oh boy was I wrong. I love good coffee and as soon as I saw Will weighing the beans and making the drinks with care, I knew I had found my newest favorite coffee shop. As I waited, I snuck a look behind the counter and found the markings of a coffee lover; a couple Hario V60s, Fellow products, single origin coffee, and even a San Marco lever espresso machine! I was so excited to drink my coffee and man oh man did it not disappoint. The coffee tasted like it was made by someone with a Decent espresso machine at home who does the WDT technique out of self enjoyment. After sleeping on how good my coffee was, I drove over first thing in the morning with a coffee-loving friend to try something else and confirm my suspicions. Needless to say, it was delicious and we both agreed. It wasn't just the coffee either! The music, Will's friendliness, the view, the little items for sale, it's all very beautiful. Pleasure of meeting the wonderful staff at Dolce Vita and enjoying a variety of delicious treats. From their cold brew latte, hazelnut brittle macaron, chocolate glazed croissant and chocolate gelato everything was delicious! As long as your sweet tooth is ready, you will be sure to love this place! Conveniently located within the Amtrak station for a quick pit stop. Wouldn't mind trying the Surfliner from here some time which goes from Paso Robles all the way down to San Diego. read more

Thank you William for the amazing turkey brioche sandwich and hazelnut latte. Please support this amazing little cafe that he runs by himself. He hand makes all the food and coffee. Top 100 Yelp places to eat is on point. I have been wanting to come to this coffee shop for a long time but I usually go to places where its quiet and have space to study. Surprisingly, its inside a train station, but there are seats and plenty of them, and not loud at all. I mean I went on a Saturday and it was doable. I met the owner who made our drinks and it was great! I love lavender latte and usually get it most places I go to, and even make it at home. It was tasty but the white chocolate was something else!!! it was not sweet, it was just PERFECT!! we also had the croissant and he recommend it to have it with dulce de leche and it was good, but definitely sweet. Pricing was average and comparable to other coffee shops. the white chocolate is what I will have the next times I come here because I am definitely going back again! the owner came and checked on us to make sure we are happy, I thought that was really kind of him. outstanding place, and customer service and WILL RETURN and recommend it to friends and family. read more

Service was amazing and food and drinks were even better. I had the creme brûlée in a croissant crust and an earl grey macaron. Both were delicious. My daughter said the blackberry Italian soda was her favorite soda ever and her friend raved about her chai latte. The owner is super friendly and has been ranked in the top 100 in yelp in the US. This place is a bit hard to find, but worth looking for. It is located within the transit station. We enjoyed the coffee, the pastries, and the service. We tried a bit of everything. I popped in when I arrived in Oxnard on the Amtrak. This cute coffee shop had a fabulous creme brûlée tart and the Affogato was phenomenal. They served two gelatos, vanilla and salted caramel and the espresso was served separately which allowed me to pour it over the top at my discretion. Glorious! I love this place! This cafe is so quiet and relaxing, and has a wonderful view of the trains. I got their turkey sandwich and pistachio Gelato which were both fresh and FANTASTIC. I also got their vanilla rose oat milk latte with 2 shot of espresso. It was aromatic and not to sweet. The coffee had chocolate notes, a nice balance of acidity, and was smooth. Located inside the Oxnard Transit center this place has really transformed into a cute cozy spot. I liked the latte I ordered but I LOVED the salted caramel macaroons I got . We heard about this location via one of our social media accounts. It had great reviews. It's located inside the bus/train station. We ordered a flat white, hazelnut cold brew and an ice chia latte. All of us really enjoyed our drinks. They were smooth in taste, and not bitter. Had great flavor and not too sweet. I also like the fact it is not a chain coffee place. Prices are similar to other well known coffee chain places. Good place to go if your in the area. read more

To start with I think the location of this place is very cool inside the train station, it's like old school vibes. Furthermore, i ordered the white chocolate latte (hot), and it is amazing. I work at a 5 star resort and we have our own cappuccino machine, so we make lattes and cappuccinos also, but this is so much better imo. Also, the service was amazing the man making our lattes was really friendly and you can tell he loves his job. Overall, this place is amazing, the ambiance, service, coffee, etc. I will definitely be coming back to try their other lattes and maybe some cappuccinos as well. If you're in the area i know there is a lot of coffee places but i would recommend stopping here. read more

Love supporting local small businesses but I ordered a honey latte and it cost $6.75 for a 12oz. I was a bit shocked at the price and waiting to justify the price once I tried my latte. It was a bit too sweet and I couldn't finish it. That said, I am still caught up on the sticker price. Most other (even small coffee shops) will price a 12oz no more than $6. Yikes not too sure if I'll go back for this reason. read more

This is my new go to for coffee !!! If I can drink it every day I would !! I feel like Starbucks lately been failing at my drinks , not worth it for price!! This cafe is an absolute gem in the heart of Oxnard. My selection was the Lavender Mocha which was very light and clean. Perfect for an early afternoon cup. The Turkey Sandwich blew me away and this is why I will always come back. A simple prepared sandwich with fresh ingredients, you can sense each texture and flavor with every bite. Stopped by and tried the cafe de olle latte with oatmilk. Not too sweet but perfect for my taste buds. Lots of tables and seats to sit with friends or have some alone time. Cute coffee shop in the Oxnard Train Station! I got the Latte- Cafe de Olla and it was delicious. Not too sweet, just the perfect amount of flavor! My husband got a pour over and the flavor of the coffee was delicious- you can tell they know their coffee. The customer service was great! We didn't spend a ton of time there, but it looks like a great place to read a book or study. read more

Thankfully, they were waiting for us at the ferry office, and we both immediately took the same relieved breath: "Excellent. We shall not perish on the island." The sandwiches themselves were genuinely delicious. I had the Caprese, my husband had the turkey baguette, and both were fresh, flavorful, and substantial enough to fuel actual adventure instead of just delaying hunger by 20 minutes. Each lunch box also came with chips, Fuji water, and a chocolate chip cookie that quietly stole the show. Soft, delicious, and exactly the kind of reward you want after hauling yourself around an island pretending you're far more athletic than you really are. By the time lunch was over, I was happy, full, and fully prepared for the next round of kayaking and hiking. Which is really the highest compliment an adventure lunch can get.

Order went through no problem. Trouble started this morning when my wife received a message from the driver that Tree Lounge doesn't have the order (first screenshot). My wife looks and sees she received a cancellation text for the order 1 minute after the driver's message (second screenshot). From the outside this looks like the driver walked in, asked for the order, they said they didn't have it and then cancelled it. So, my wife called Tree Lounge to see what is going on and was told that they cancelled the order because they were "in the middle of their rush". It's easy to see how poorly this situation was handled in general, but also clear no one checked online orders to prep the work for the morning. This order shouldn't be a surprise and the choice to just blind cancel it instead of making it because of what equates to "we're busy" is pretty bad. Takes a lot for me to leave a review. If you don't want to process online order during your rush then set those hours up in door dash. If you screwed up and just didn't check your online orders in the morning, then just make the drink as the next up order.
