So this was my first experience getting eyelash extensions & I was incredibly nervous... I wanted them to look as natural as possible. Well they did a fantastic job! I absolutely love the way the look & feel (and by by feel I can't even tell they're there). As a blonde with short blonde lashes I finally have the look I have been trying to get for years with so many brands of mascara that I lost count. The salon itself is super cute, clean and the ladies are all very friendly. Jaymee was very knowledgeable and explained the process before we got started. She's great to talk to and the process itself is pretty relaxing. My eyelashes look AMAZING, I get compliments constantly. They last pretty long too, which is awesome. They have membership options, which I am finding is the best way to go. The receptionist, Sima (sp?) is a total sweetheart and always goes above and beyond to schedule convenient appointments. First time getting lashes and you're wondering who you should see? My girl, Saima! I got to be her model once and been hooked ever since! I come every 2-3 weeks depending if I want to add more lashes or request another service such as waxing, which she is also great at! She left my eye brows clean and exactly how I asked. I had a full set pit in about a month ago and went in for a fill today. The space is beautiful, the girls are friendly and the service is incredible. I've never had lashes last as long or look as beautiful as these do. I've tried a few other austin lash hot spots, trust that these girls are the real deal! This place cares more about taking your money than it does about providing its customers with a good service and experience. I think their manager is at least partly to blame. I was member here for one year. They would always send me a follow-up survey asking about my experience. I filled it out once and the manager, Yoli, had the nerve to call me up and leave a voicemail telling me I was wrong. Who does that?! Other complaints include that I was constantly overcharged and never sent receipts despite asking each time for one. They seem to make up their pricing & policies as they go. Sometimes mink lashes would be an extra $10, other times they would be an extra $20. Dolce Blu has a lot of turn over with their lash stylists, too. Each time I found a stylist I liked, she would be gone in a matter of weeks. I think I went through 4 lash stylists in less than a year. Another thing that really peeved me was that they would say your lash health was their number one priority, but if I felt my lashes getting sparse and wanted to take a break, I would lose my monthly fills, which were $50 each on the 1-year, $99/month contract. I thought this was a rip-off, and felt they should let you carry your fill over for when you return. When COVID hit, they closed down, and since I lost my job, I canceled my membership (I had met my 12-month contract terms). But when they reopened they started charging me again. Despite that three months had passed, when I reached out about it, Yoli informed me that I had to give them 30-days notice, and she was therefore keeping my $99. That last interaction with them totally sums up my experience with Dolc Blu. They could have made an exception considering they had been closed for a few months due to COVID. What was I gonna do? Pay $250 for a new set and then pay another $99 just to cancel??? They want your money, and that's it. I don't recommend this place. Save your money and go somewhere that cares. read more

Extremely meticulous and take the time to explain all the questions I always have about eyelashes, their health, the process of application and their care - not to mention the amazing lash work they do. They tell you about the products and other services they offer - but they don't push you on them. They are very educated and informed and make sure you are about them too. The front desk associates are amazing as well. John is who I see the most and he is always a pleasure to chat with when I come in and out. Natalie accommodated my schedule to get me in and Crystal did my new full lash set and they look amazing!!! I love that they look really natural.
