I started bringing my Pomeranian here last year since the salon is very close to where I work. The staff is so kind and friendly. My Pomeranian is always well taken care of and they cut her fur just the way I request. I'm never disappointed. I took her there today and they did an amazing job. My baby is ready for the Spring. Below is a before and after pic. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Brought my cavalier here for the first time and I'm very happy we found our new groomer. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. My dog is very shy and timid and they took great care of her. They listened to my wants and needs and she was even done earlier than expected. Very calm and clean place as well!

i have 2 shih tzus ( twinkie and buttons ) and weve been coming here a couple months, everytime my girls look adorable.. fluffy, clean and smells good. i was unhappy with my other groomer i was goin to for years because of up charging without any warning. i did my research and im happy i picked dogue! twinkie has seperation anxiety and shes a nervous dog.. when we come here she is relaxed and when i pick them up they are happy, tails wagging and alert! Cynthia has done them everytime and shes great! she listens and cuts them exactly how i want. prices are good too $50 per dog when i was paying $70 at my old groomer. def recommend dogue if you need a new groomer!!

Extra short cut for the summer! Lookin fresh

I waited until 10:30 and called to see if she was ready there was no answer so I walked back to pick her up. I was told by same young man that it would be an additional 25 minutes since she was not ready yet. I explained it takes me 15 minutes to walk here and I would wait. I asked how far along she was thinking if she was wet or needed to be brushed I could do that at home. At that point I I found out she was in cage the entire two hours and not even started. He stated they were backed up but they were working on a dog in back to add insult to injury the person who came in behind me initially was picking up her dog. No excuse could be given to me why my dog was still in the cage not started since I purposely made her the first appointment of the day. I took my dog home without being groomed.I have used them previously feel this never should have happened they never even apologized just said have a nice day as I walked out what an insult. Would give them a zero.

We stumbled upon this place and brought our dog here. When my husband was dropping him off, he was explaining to them what kind of Cut he wanted them to do. He said just a simple trim nothing too short. The woman looked at him and flat out, said "I have no clue what you want", And she called for somebody else to come over and yelled "This guy is asking for something and I don't know what he wants." - In a very rude tone. Mind you, we are brand new customers, this is our first time there. Our dog is a golden retriever and so he's the happiest dog you'll ever meet. Because it was our first time I called an hour later to check up and see what his status was and how he's doing. The woman that worked there (didn't get her name but she was a very tough and rude woman) was very mean as if I was bothering her when I called. I simply was asking for an update to see when my dog would be done, but she was not very polite. After picking him up, we noticed that he was not Himself. He was pulling us to leave. When we brought him home, he was very quiet and not his happy self. A month later we had another appointment booked and as we were walking close to the door We noticed our dog, pulling us the opposite way- He was basically telling us that he did not want to go inside. That was a huge red flag for me. I knew something happened during his first grooming Session And I'm glad we trusted our instinct the second time and didn't go through that door. Unfortunately This is not the first time I've heard of an experience like this from This place. 2 other friends who have dogs stopped going there too because of similar stories. I don't know what happens behind closed doors at Studio Groomers, But all I know is that if they treat humans like myself so mean and rude, then I can't imagine how they treat dogs. I am really concerned about this place and their staff. Please, if you're reading this be cautious before going here if you care about your pet.

Over the last few years, Christine has kept us informed of some modifications to the grooming as our dog has gotten older. After the last visit, Christine shared her concern over our dog's anxiety during her grooming, and while she'd be willing to groom her again, thought it might be best to have us just bathe and brush the dog at home. She showed so much genuine care and concern! I must have been visually emotional, and Christine responded with utmost sincerity and compassion. When is the last time that a business put a customer's (human and/or canine) well-being ahead of additional business. It's rare indeed, and that tells you how great this place is. BUT apparently my little guy is sick of that b/c all he wants to do is go into this place when we pass it on walks. it's around the corner from where i live and he pulls me in their direction even at night when they are closed. Scheduling is super easy online, and check-in is quick and smooth. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You bring your pet in, they verify your information, you explain the style you're looking for, and then they take them to the grooming area. One thing I absolutely love is the transparency -- it's all glass, so you can see everything that's going on from both inside and outside. When the pups are finished, they sit in the cutest big front window waiting to be picked up. It's adorable. The shop is always spotless, smells fresh, and feels very clean every time I go. Prices are reasonable, they accept cash and all major credit cards (with a discount if you pay cash woo hoo), and they even offer a doggy chauffeur service for $15 within four miles! They pick up your pet, groom them, and bring them back home, which is such a sweet option. They also have different doggy cologne scents you can spray on your pup before you leave, which is a fun little touch. On top of all that, it's woman and minority-owned, and I love supporting businesses like that. Highly recommend!

Fully shaved with clippers, her whiskers on the side were cut, and her chest is not blended. She is a double coated dog, not recommended at all to be shaven. I can go into detail on what happened but the main thing is they chose the easy way out and my dog was left shaved as if I didn't spend hours the day before de-matting him. My dog barks and if you know the doodle bark it will shake a building but aside from that. Oliver has been getting groomed since he was a puppy. I've never left a bad review because his other groomers are able to groom him without any issues. I like to keep my options open and decided to try Ruff to Fluff because I was also all for a woman owned business. I'm here to be honest and not tear their business down. Sadly my experience wasn't great. The groomer tried to reverse and project her lack of experience with an anxious Doodle and say my dog needed medication. I've never been around while my pup was groomed and even went around to help sooth Oliver and help make Nicky's job easier and still the result was that my pup was shaved and I was also charged $190 for that. Nicky needed assistance with me holding Oliver's feet so she can cut his nails and was also afraid to use her sheers instead used the clippers to shape the front of his face. I then told her to leave it because I was afraid she will take too much off his face. Nicky even had a hard time putting on a scarf. That's when I noticed her lack of experience with doodles and a large dog. What bothers me the most is I went the week before so they can meet Oliver and asses him. They decided to take him on as a client. I would have rather honesty as I am familiar with the beauty industry. I would never be confident to do someone's curly hair if I lack the experience. I know all to well that someone's hair is everything to them because it reflects their self image. I paid and even tipped because even in my state of shock on how awful Oliver looked. I'm not a confrontational person. So I didn't know how to react. I got home and my family was pissed. I called to explain my frustration and the owner Erica mentioned she would refund me and didn't see it to be a good fit. The damage was done. I know hair grows back and it will take some time but to be honest I'm writing this to bring awareness to what I experienced. My dog did not deserved to be shaved down like this. Worst experience with a dog groomer.
