He puts a lot of effort into making sure he is treating your animals just like you would by actually asking questions about their routines and not just putting a leash on your dog so he can poop. I would definitely recommend him whether it is a drop in visit so they can get some air or an overnight stay to give them snuggles.

Through messaging they offered an appointment and I said yes, clarified vaccination requirements and provided my phone number and address. I also asked for references and was told to visit their social media pages?? Well, okay. So my appointment just came and went and they never showed. I called and he said that we never agreed on an appointment time?!? I have it right in the messages, no to mention that I provided my phone number. I called back again because I never want to leave a poor review without giving the company an opportunity to make it right. He had no appointment times until Memorial Day at 6 pm. He could offer me nothing else. I told him no because I was a little concerned about what my puppy's experience would be if they were in a rush. I don't know what kind of job they do as far as grooming is concerned. This review is purely based on the lack of communication and now my inconvenience in having to get another appointment around the holiday weekend.

Last week I said good-bye to my dear friend of 14 years. She'd been ill for the last 10 months, but…read moreher rapid decline in only a couple of days was shocking. Because it was so sudden I hadn't researched crematoriums or other options. The vet, who was terrific, said my love would go to a local crematory of which he thought highly. Over the weekend I read the reviews and was horrified by other pet owners' stories - mix-ups of their pets with others, communal cremations (dogs, cats, birds - you get a little bit of all of them), and disrespectful treatment of their loved ones, among other situations. (I've since hear further horror stories.) Thanks to the power of the internet I found Pine Castle Pet Cremation. I called on Saturday, not really expecting an answer - and almost immediately was speaking with the owner, Terry. I immediately felt reassured that this was where my girl should be. Because of the weekend and my vet's office being closed, nothing had happened to my sweetie. When the office opened Monday morning I was there to pick her up and take her to Terry's location. As kind and gentle in person as he was on the phone, he explained the process - offering as little or as much detail as I wanted. Totally dignified from when I arrived until I left a few hours later with my girl. She's home, and I know it's her, and I can rest easy. Losing someone special is incredibly painful. Dealing with the aftermath should be. Fortunately for me, Terry at Pine Castle Pet Cremation facilitated a peaceful resolution compared with what might have been. Thanks so very much for your kindness.
