We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

This was my first time using Barks at Home, and Kelti was amazing. From the very beginning, she made everything easy and stress‑free. My 3 pups took to her right away, which honestly surprised me; my old lady Maggie is slow to warm up to new people. Kelti kept me updated by sending pictures, videos and it was clear she treated them with real care and attention with lots of playtime. I came home to happy, relaxed pups, and that alone tells me everything I need to know. I'm really grateful to have found her and will definitely be booking with Kelti again. I highly recommend Kelti with Barks at Home for anyone looking for reliable, loving in-home pet care.

So when having to board your dog for the first time ever makes it really tough and difficult to not only leave your dog but find an establishment that you can trust with your beloved canine. But here at fancy pets I can say without a doubt we know our dog was taken care of and loved. We left him for 3 days and 2 nights during New Year's Eve weekend. Luckily my sister in law left her dog here as well so he had a familiar face! What's great about fancy pets is they provide beds, bowls, and even a suite for your dog to sleep in. Yet the best thing of all is if you follow their Facebook page you will get to see daily pics of your dog outside playing at least 2-3 times a day!! If and when we have to board our dog again it will be an easy choice to leave him here !!

I come home to healthy happy animals with a daily log explaining his time with my pets. I've gone away as long as two weeks and Bob helps me to rest assured my pets stay in THEIR home and get the best care possible. Bob brings in mail, packages and newspapers so your home is "lived in" and there are no tell-tale signs that the owner is away. I've even asked Bob to locate original documents and overnight them to me in Toronto during a recent trip...and he saved the day! I had my required original documents on time and no one was the wiser. He's a warm, friendly and trustworthy man who your pets will be lucky to have as their care-giver.
