We used another service during our Thanksgiving vacation and two days in a row the sitter was a no-show, while we were hundreds of miles away creating a stressed-out vacation experience. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. The peace of mind knowing that Mikayla was there each day and providing the updates created a stress-free vacation. We will be using their services again in the future.

While they were always amazingly…read morekind to our cats, i do not think the same is true for pet owners. a few things -raised priced astronomically, was unclear with my wife of these changes after she made a home visit -called again last minute to ask for cat medical history, after it was given thrice -was suppose to arrive for appointment at 10, left the office at 10 my wife was sobbing on the phone to these people and they reacted by shaming her for cancelling an appointment we could not afford (1600 for a three cat check up if you were wondering). She was assured there was be a payment plan far before the visit, only to be met with judgment. I understand this buisness is moving, but this was told to us with the offer of no extra payment for at home visits. But this was a bad experience for us. Our cats are now knocked out on drugs to make them less anxious for an appointment they never received, so I feel for them and think that is unfair.

My senior cat always runs and hides ( she has always been a scaredy-cat ) But for the other cat, Marci is the highlight of her day ;) I've been using Marci and her staff/service for about 6-7 years I believe. She is accommodating in every way. No matter if I'm planning a vacation out of state or have a last minute emergency, I can count on her to check I on my Fur Babies! We use their doggie day care 1-3x week and have also used for minor grooming like baths and nail trims. We also get our pet food from them along with a number of toys and treats. She doesn't carry anything she wouldn't give to her own pups, and many toys have tested in DDC. My dog loves it so much that he sits by the garage door every morning hoping its a DDC day!
