To add insult to injury, the grooming was very sub-par also. There idea is for you to get up at the crack of dawn and bring your dog in between 7-9am. It is first come, first served (no appt time, even though you make an appt for that day). We were there by 8:15 and I could not pick her up until 2pm. This is a very bad business model!

She sends multiple texts to include pictures, she has won over my antisocial pup, she even picks up after my German Shepherd even though we have a fenced in private yard. If you have any certain little things done while you're gone they'll do their best to accommodate; turn lights on and off, bring in or take out garbage/recycling bins, nit picky feeding instructions, etc. When I need a sitter I just text with the dates and then I pay my bill online after they email me the invoice once the job is done.

As soon as I checked their Facebook the most recent picture was 6 days ago!! Their reasoning for changing the policy was because people kept calling them for pictures since they weren't receiving them. We boarded him for 5 full days, one day being a holiday, and we did not see a picture of our pet. Although I don't agree with the harassing calls, pet parents are entrusting you with their loved ones. It's extremely hard to trust them when they don't even follow their own policies and we're left in the dark about our pets well being.

Equally concerning: after consulting, his claim that 2mg estriol long-term causes bone marrow suppression, and adding Proin was the only option, doesn't hold up. That risk belongs to older long-acting estrogens while Proin carries a real and documented risk list. -- Per the FDA label, the Freedom of Information summary, the EU SPC, and the myelotoxicity literature. A doctor who won't stay current on the literature while condescendingly defending his ego is dangerous. If you want a say in your animal's care, avoid Dr. Brewer.

I brought him back for x-rays the next day. it showed an enlarged heart, grade 4 heart murmur, lungs were clear, liver was enlarged. He wanted blood work that would be back Monday. Dr Krudop would be out of town until Wednesday but he'd leave notes in the file. My pup was having trouble breathing and his tongue was turning blue. took him to urgent care Saturday and they heard crackles in his lungs we got a lasix shot and pills. I left multiple messages for Dr. Jackson to discuss the blood tests Monday. He finally called back in the late afternoon. He wasn't too concerned about the lungs and said my pup didn't need lasix. I asked what he thought about the enlarged liver and he said "he's a Yorkie that's normal." He said Dr. Krudop would be back Wednesday if I have any other concerns.

Our puppy's good behavior has come as such a surprise to people who have an opinion on the breed- and it's all thanks to Addie. Her passion for training dogs shows through the love she gives them and is nothing short of amazing. We will use Addie for training with any and all of our dogs the future brings. Besides the training- the boarding facility is the best around. It is extremely clean, smells fresh, and everyone makes it feel more comfortable when leaving your dog for boarding. Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely.
