Thankful to say, our sitter Mikayla not only showed up every day as scheduled, but she also sent updates via email for each visit per our request. Three times each day we got an update on Molly along with a couple of photos. Laura and the team made it super easy to get set up, to schedule the visits, and the overall experience was wonderful. Is Laura more expensive than the other service we used previously? Yes. Was she worth the extra costs? Absolutely. Dr Suarez has always treated my pets with the utmost care and due to their size, he has always called me immediately after their spayings and dental work. In the past I found their prices pretty reasonable, although yes their office visit fee has gone up (like everything else) I have always had the option to decline excessive vaccines, I have had the ability to request a script to get medications elsewhere (the are always more expensive from the vet) and the staff has always been very professional in the check-in process and at check-out. Just recently as I waited in the reception there was a family there putting their very old dog to sleep and they OPTED to NOT stay in the room although they were encouraged to do so. In recent years their prices have gone up but so does everything else. You cannot expect prices to remain the same on anything. All in all I love this veterinary office even after going to others and I have found others much more expensive than Debary Animal.
