I decided to call to set up appointments for my 2 pups after checking the website and multiple review sites. I left a message on VM and received a text back that they are not accepting new clients. The website nor VM message state that. A business should be very up front before wasting a potential customers time. The information should be posted on the website and on the voicemail message. Eight out of 10 times they are late to the appointment but only to find out they are late five minutes prior to their Arrival time. And for the second time, their equipment has stopped working in the middle of an appointment. The first time this happened I was left with 1 dog groomed, 2 non-groomed and 1 of them being half groomed. Today I now have three dogs groomed, one dog groomed after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for this appointment and then being an hour late today. I was told after the first Dog equipment is not working. I'm sorry.... After the owner, Barbara called me. I expressed my concerns. She did say she was sorry I told her that I was going to be looking for a new groomer. She asked if I wanted her opinion I said no I will look for my own and then she hung up on me... Out of all of the groomers that have been to my house only one Has even looked presentable, the rest dress like they just rolled out of bed, flip-flops, slides, and sloppy. I'm officially done giving my good hard money and time to a company that runs their business this way.

They are located in the corner lot in the town of Montverde by the gas stations. If you are not looking for them, you may not be able to find them. Luckily, we were able to do some digging and find out where they were. The staff was extremely friendly and actually very excited to see an Airedale because they aren't really native to this area. Usually with Airedales, they are meant to be groomed a specific way and in a specific pattern or else their hair will come out matted and unruly. Michelle, the owner knew EXACTLY what to do with him. It took a couple of hours, but when she brought him out - it was like he was a WHOLE different dog. The price was not too bad either. I paid about $45 or so for a wash and cut and will definitely be back again.

She sent me texts during our time away updating us on how the dogs were doing and included photos and videos. The dogs stayed almost a week and they were so happy to lucky when I brought them home. She is also a grooming facility. So she groomed them before pick up per our request. It was a great value and quality care for our fur babies. Having a Shih tzu, sometime groomers can cut them too look a certain gender. I had never know my Macy was getting a boys cut! Zachis highly recommendable. You can tell he has a lot of experience. He's a very kind soul who made Macy feel comfortable at the groomers. If you have a rescue who can sometimes be shy, Zach can really help to make their experience as trauma free as possible. Because he's been doing it for so long, he often finds things I would have never thought to look for. For example, Macy's ears needed cleaning and I had never really thought I could do it. Apparently, her type of breed is known for ear infections, and sure enough she had what looked to be like one. Zach pointed it out (Making me feel like a bad dog mom but I am eternally grateful he showed me) and gave me tips on how to clean her ears myself so I could make sure it doesn't get too bad. (He was not diagnosing her, as he is not a vet, rather he was just stating how Shih Tzus need their ears cleaned regularly.) Four corners is really affordable too. They never try to overprice for your dog and really give you what you pay for. If you're looking for a new groomer I really suggest you check them out. And don't forget to ask for Zach! Oh and by the way, I hear he's an excellent cat groomer as well. I don't have a cat, so I cannot give advice on the quality, but if it's anywhere close to his dog grooming skills your feline will come out looking fabulous!
