Jessenia was very accommodating as to what type of service my Wife and I wanted for Duke by showing us the various packages and the length of the haircut we wanted. The place is very clean. The staff is very respectful to their customers and your pets. Being Dukes very first time here. Jessenia informed us of Dukes behavior. My Wife & I were very satisfied with the service that we immediately booked Dukes next appointment here and requested Jessenia to do the grooming. We definitely recommend this business for your pets service for sure. Andrew & Vanessa Jones

These clowns can't follow simple directions to save their lives. They've ruined my dogs fur permanently and I hope Angel finds career that isn't butchering dogs haircuts and lying about it. All of these ladies and gentlemen take zero pride in their work and I highly recommend you go elsewhere as they're extremely rude and unprofessional. BOTH the ladies here working were extremely snarky and defensive.

After a few bad grooming experiences in The Villages we decided to look in Clermont for a groomer…read morefor our Collie. It's hard to find a good groomer for a Collie. Some people don't know how to cut them. I am so happy that we found Something to Bark About. Our girl doesn't like being groomed and because it takes so long to get in to a groomer where we live she was very overgrown. She came out looking just beautiful. I'm so happy that we finally found a good groomer and we will be bringing both of our pups here from now on. Thank you.

I've been a customer for many years. Not only do they look after our pets with great love and care,…read morebut in my recent pet stay they were thoughtful and mindful for my pets needs. I had my dog booked in a medium room, but he wasn't happy with the privacy walls like I thought he'd be. They moved him to a more centrally visible location, and to a crate that fit him still (saving me $$). Ziggy came home super happy, healthy and cared for. They also graciously take our family's parrot, with a lovely room in the front with the view of all the comings and goings. Knowing she can't come out of her cage while she's there, this stimulating view with natural light is so important, so special. Not all boarding facilities can offer that. The ultra peace of mind Pawfection provides me is particularly precious and highly valuable. I'm a customer for life.

This is our second time using Petit Ami and we will always use them to take care of our pets. We…read morehave 4 dogs and as any dog owner knows, if you bathe/groom one...you have to do them all. Otherwise you have the clean ones on the same doggie beds as the non clean ones and it basically defeats the purpose. So we have them take care of the dogs while I throw the various pet bed covers into the wash. Win-Win! Having Petit Ami come directly to the house makes it so much easier for us. Their van is professional on both the outside and inside, their customer service is amazing and above all they are so kind, gentle and respectful to all of our dogs. Our older beagle is 11 years old and while she doesn't act like it, she is older. The handling and kindness they show to her is amazing. The other item to note is this is not a quick wash where the dogs are smelling nice for a few days and then that's it. I swear the last time it was at least a month where I could still smell the freshness of their coats. I will be recommending them to all of our fellow pet owners, and look forward to seeing them every time our dogs need some bathing/grooming TLC.

It asks you to send a text. I did in an attempt to schedule an appointment and was ignored until over 24 hrs later. I could not see them with that time so I tried to arrange for the weekend. I text on a Saturday asking for an appointment and they said sorry we're booked. No problem. I understand. But once I asked what dates are available I was ignored. I sent a follow up text in hopes I could be directed to someone who could help me schedule a date and was told I have to wait until Monday because now they are closed. Response was completely rude and there was an attempt to fix the rudeness but I was so appalled I will not recommend this company to anyone. And I'm not a person to place bad reviews but I was quite shocked at the rudeness and unprofessionalism.

I decided to call to set up appointments for my 2 pups after checking the website and multiple review sites. I left a message on VM and received a text back that they are not accepting new clients. The website nor VM message state that. A business should be very up front before wasting a potential customers time. The information should be posted on the website and on the voicemail message. I'm giving 2 stars because the owner at least responded but can't rate because I was not able to obtain an appointment. ****I am including a photo of the text convo and will gladly update review if Amanda is accepting new clients and we can get my pups in at some point. ****
