Absolutely amazing service -- highly recommend!…read more Voni from LitterMates is fantastic. This is a local, family-run business (not a franchise), and it shows in the care, attention to detail, and pride she takes in her work. She deep-cleaned our Litter-Robot and the difference was honestly incredible. We thought we were keeping up with maintenance -- until we saw the before-and-after photos! Everything came back spotless, fresh, and running like new. Voni was friendly, professional, and clearly knows her stuff. Pricing is more than fair for the level of service -- in fact, it's great value when you see the result. If you've been putting off a proper deep clean or wondering whether it's worth it -- it is. Support a brilliant local business and treat your cats (and yourself!) to this service. Can't recommend them enough.

Voni also offers personally tested products in addition to her services. Her prices are competitive with her ability to buy in bulk. Voni is a pleasure to have in my home each week. She is always on time and communicates better than any company I have worked with in a long time. Every week she confirms our time. When my messaging wasn't working and I hadn't responded to her text by the night before, she called to check on me. Her call is what made me aware I even had a messaging issue.
