They moved him to a more centrally visible location, and to a crate that fit him still (saving me $$). Ziggy came home super happy, healthy and cared for. They also graciously take our family's parrot, with a lovely room in the front with the view of all the comings and goings. Knowing she can't come out of her cage while she's there, this stimulating view with natural light is so important, so special. Not all boarding facilities can offer that. The ultra peace of mind Pawfection provides me is particularly precious and highly valuable. I'm a customer for life.
