Our Irish Setter has been groomed here multiple times, yet the services have consistently felt lazy and inconsistent. Most recently, the grooming job was extremely poor, as shown in the photos. Despite our dog having an established "file" and us communicating our instructions directly to the groomer, we were later told it was still our responsibility to ensure everything was explained again. After we called to express our concerns, they asked us to send photos as evidence of the grooming. Following an investigation and conversations with both the owner and store manager, they admitted the groom was not up to their standards and apologized, which we did appreciate. What was disappointing, however, was the resolution they offered. Instead of refunding the service, they offered a discount on a future appointment. That felt presumptuous, considering this experience left us with little confidence in trusting them to groom our dog again. They also mentioned that, if we returned, they would make sure a groomer who "specializes in setters" handled him next time. This was frustrating to hear because our dog has been groomed there multiple times already, and that option was never previously mentioned.

Wow. What a disappointment…read more I'm very unhappy with the service from today. The groomer spent 35-40 minutes with my dog MAX. Apple was received at 10:02 and was done by 10:38... There is NO way she got a bath, blow dry, and a careful cut. There was also no style done to her face and head, so her head is tiny and just completely shaved - not a "boo cut" as requested. My dog was trembling when I picked her up!! And I could not communicate with the groomer since she only spoke Spanish. I was charged $85 for the "luxury spa package" and she certainly did not receive full care - and definitely no bath or fragrance. This was a complete disappointment! I have been driving far to take my dogs here because I have loved how they care for my dogs…read more Unfortunately as mentioned by another review, they've hired people that don't know anything about dogs, much less how to treat people. The person upfront argued with me about one of my dog's hair being tangled even though the owner agreed that she just needed deshedding. When I came back to pick them up she told me she was charging me extra without a reason why. She was very condescending. I pass about ten dog groomers on my way to them. I'm sure any one of them would charge me the same and be pleasant, less pompous. In addition, my beautiful dog ended up with one ear having longer hair than the other. Amateur mistakes for a hefty price. Unfortunate for sure.
