Never will I forget Terry, I was torn apart having received a call at 6:30pm from my mother that my life long best friend of 20 years my cat Sue had passed away. I quickly started looking for pet cremation services only to find everyone closed, I called one gentlemen in kissimmee who was very rude, and then decided to call Terry expecting an answering machine. To my surprise he answered, apologized for my loss, and told me about his own sweet kitty Lilly, and then agreed to stay late for me to be able to drop her off that evening. I had a long chain of events that happened but he waited on us 2 and a half hours. We arrived at 9 and he invited us in, he never rushed us, but instead asked me about her, gave me very comforting words, and then just talking to my fiancé and I for a little bit. I'm a situation where my heart felt ripped out of my chest he showed so much empathy, compassion, and true care. I left feeling as though my sweet Sue was definitely with someone who would treat her with respect, dignity, and compassion. He then had my sweet Sue ready for me to pick her up after I got off work the next morning. He returned to me the towel and blanket she was brought in, and then led me to the viewing room where he gave me the best gift I could've imagined, my sweet calico baby, he saved clipping of each area of her fur color to show her beautiful coat, plus her whiskers, and the tip of her tail. He told me "something to hold, physically, whenever you're missing Sue" and that was something I had never thought of but got home and held it for a long time crying and remembering happy memories. I will never forget Terry and I hope anyone who is scared and heartbroken will take my advice and call him, his facility is connected to his other business working on classic cars. He is such a wonderful man that I am so happy was put in my path. Thank you Terry, I am sure that my Sue would say thank you too.

Terry was so kind at a difficult time. I recommend this service to any grieving pet owner needing pet cremation.

This is a simple place, but the price was quite reasonable and Terry was receptive to every concern I had.

His studio is in an inconspicuous industrial park. Parking was easy. His office isn't full of frills because Wayne himself is the real deal. He greeted us immediately & escorted us to a back private room to say our final goodbyes to our cat's furry form. The checkout process & selection of services was so easy & Wayne was so patient. He constantly wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the process & our choices. He called us a week later & we were able to coordinate a time to pick up. We were running 30 minutes late & he was so nice & understanding. We purchased our own urn, but he had options to purchase there if you wish. He offered to transfer the remains in the back in case we were uncomfortable. We opted to do it with him & the remains had a sweet tag that Wayne said was on our baby during the entire process. I work within the animal community in Central Florida & I've since recommended his services to anyone who has lost a furry friend!

During the interview process, I requested some of my cats fur. This was the most important thing to me. I was willing to give a little baggy for it but I was presented with a vile that would be used for fur collection. My daughter and I made it clear that we wanted as much fur as he could get in the vile. I was given back a pinch of fur that covered a 1/4 of the vile. While driving home, I had to pull over on the side of the road for two hours because I was crying while explaining to my daughter how much he gave me of my cats fur. When my daughter reached out to ask why no more fur was given he was very defensive and told her that he wasn't given specific instruction on how much fur to get. I also requested a nose and paw print, which turned out awful. He upgraded the box that the remains came in most likely out of guilt because he did not give me other things I asked for. In the end he just packed up my cat and all the disappointment I paid for in a bag and sent me on my way.

Having ignorantly agreed to it and trusted a "doctor's" advice, I live now with it a daily and heartbroken regret. Don't let them convince you to give your cat a Solensia shot. Worst thing ever. My baby girl got WORSE within 24 hours of this shot!! As soon as I looked it up, too late, clearly this shot has a SIGNIFICANT amount of neurological side effects. WHY WOULDN'T THEY TELL ME ABOUT THIS?? Do your research! My baby girl was gone within 2 weeks, and with her.... a piece of my heart. They won't admit Solensia had anything to do with it, but I know my girl, ypu KNOW your cats. I know it was what put her over. Two months after her death they sent me a lame 'sorry for your loss card'. It was quickly placed in the garbage where it belonged. Oh, and not to mention that after I had her see Dr. Whaley and then see Dr. Klein, they could not find her records, and then the vet tech came out and verbatim said; "oh, this happens all the time" Referencing the misplaced missing records. It was a red flag, and I should have seen it then and walked out right there. But I was so distraught with her, and I just wanted help for her. Save your cat, wish I knew then about Solensia as I do now. I will never take any of my cats back there. Ever. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1D5z5NdEMw/

After taking X-rays and performing tests, the ER Doctor told me Charlie may have heart issues and the only alternative is to either do more tests which will cost thousands of dollars or to put him down. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from Dr Whaley of Castle Pine Vet. He told me that Charlie was NOT experiencing heart issues but rather fluids clogging his lungs which was more manageable to remedy. Because of Dr Whaley and his wonderful team (and his ENTIRE staff), Charlie is now back to normal and happy! Thank you to the wonderful team who always makes us feel welcomed! They genuinely show love and care to us, especially Charlie!!
