By the time we met Tina and her crew we were desperate and our poor dog was starting to get mats that we just couldn't deal with at home and I felt awful. I wish we had found Tina sooner because she was so patient, kind and very sympathetic to our situation. She handled our dog without any judgment and did an amazing job on the cut( her assistant is equally wonderful) I almost cried when I saw my little fur baby after her first cut. However, they didn't ask me to pick him up until five hours later, and this was after I called numerous times. When I arrived to pick him up, they were still in the process of grooming him. While I was paying at the register (increase in pricing), I witnessed them cut his paws. My dog screamed in pain. The groomer looked at me and said "he is just being dramatic, I didn't hurt him." Few weeks later I noticed he had cuts/scabs on his elbows. Paws-A-While is now a mess. Avoid this business.
