From our very first conversation, City Dogs Boarding and Playcare showed genuine kindness, compassion, and understanding. They took wonderful care of our dog and treated her as if she were their own. Throughout the entire experience, they were professional, dependable, and incredibly caring. It is obvious that they have a real love for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional care. We are deeply grateful for everything they did for our family during such a challenging time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
