After an awful journey of trying to Find Wi-Fi in Pasadena, I found so much more at Doghaus. I have always loved this franchise. I am thrilled with the Noho and Burbank location. I love how this one has a full bar and board games. I've always had a wonderful time here with friends and even church group. But this last visit that I went, I really needed Wi-Fi and I was so stressed out from other people not giving me what I needed when I was walking all over old town and crutches. I just taken my mother to the doctor and I needed to check on some work items and nobody else was accommodating. They gave me the Wi-Fi, and they have a really tasty hard kombucha. First off, I love Dog Haus. So this review is based on going to a few locations. The main reason for the low rating is that there were no taps available. Nor was that stated before I ordered on the kiosk. And the app has items that are not available at this location. The BABBs are the things we come for! My wife always gets the pastrami burrito, while I enjoy the wurst burrito. Of course, I love trying new things. So when I saw the chimichanga burrito, I was excited to try it. The manager stated that this is part of the new roll out of a new menu coming towards the middle of the month. The manager did his best to make the burrito and it was delicious. But I could not make any additions or changes to it. Overall, the experience was fine, but fine does not bring a customer back. read more

It houses a number of small boutique eating establishments. There are a number of outside tables along the side of the building. Upon entering the double doors, I was greeted with a friendly hello. I had a number of questions about the items on the menu, which is extensive. They seem to have everything - hot dogs,sausages, chicken, burgers, breakfast burritos, bowls, and sides. There is something on their menu that will make everyone happy. Take the time to read the entire menu. It is very creative and descriptive. Clearly well thought out. After contemplating what I should have, I ordered Chili Cheese Tots, Das Brat, Little Mule, and the Borracho Breakfast Burrito. The breakfast burrito was the last minute decision; it's only been on the menu for a few months. I just had to try it. The Chili Cheese Tots had a little bite and were tasty. Das Brat still had a great aroma as I took it out of its wrapping. Nice bite to the sausage and great pairing with the soft King's Hawaiian grilled bun. I ordered it with everything. That was a great decision. The condiments added to the full flavor... hot mustard and sauerkraut was definitely a good pairing. The Little Mule was an unexpected surprise. The burger had a great flavor and the two cheeses, white American and cotija, grilled jalapeno, and fried egg with Chipotle aioli created a burger that one wants to order again. The Borracho Burrito is loaded with fresh scrambled eggs, a nice bite and filled with smokey bacon flavor. This breakfast burrito has ingredients that make it special for any time of the day or night. There are so many different variations of food available at the Dog Haus, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. It's a nice, chill place with some specials on different days. The hot dog was interesting because they use Hawaiian bread for it. I frequent this fast-casual place fairly often. It's a large nationwide chain, surely franchised. There are 2 locations in my town, one is a Biergarten with a full bar, the other (more convenient) one on Hill Ave serves wine and beer and has easier parking. They mainly serve burgers, dogs/sausages, chicken and breakfast burritos; there are multiple varieties of each, and all are quite substantial. The burgers and dogs are served on King's Hawaiian rolls (4 per burger, 3 per dog). I'm partial to the Little Mule burger, the Sooo Cali dog and the Impossible Cali burrito; the Cali dog and burrito have avocado, which I love. This location just recently started opening up early, a good thing because their breakfast burritos are legit. They give local fave Bbad on Colorado a run for their money, and are possibly a better value. I usually order on their app for pick-up. Their rewards program is quite nice with frequent promotions, a big reason for my fairly frequent visits. The service at this location, however, is not a strength in terms of friendliness. This place used to be high quality when the original owner Shant owned it. Quality has drastically decreased. They charge an arm and leg, yet cut corners on every avenue. They took away Coke and brought nasty RC Cola. Their ketchup tastes like nothing, like literally nothing. The normal burgers are $11.99 before tax and are honestly so much more worth it. This specific location has abundant seating both indoor and outdoor but no tv's if you wanted to watch the game. Customer service is subpar. The worker (man with the beard) taking my order was distracted/multitasking with someone on the phone who didn't sound like a customer (Was telling them I love you over and over again) and he was distracted when taking my order. I asked him a question about the roadside slider happy hour burger and he pointed me to the menu rather than explaining what was in it as he was talking to his important phone call. read more

This location is fine. The burgers are ok , the service can be iffy, and the ambiance is up and down. The meat quality seems like it's not that great, and that they rely more on the toppings to mask the quality of the meat. I mean, it's not terrible but I feel if you're looking for good quality beef you might wanna go elsewhere. If you're ok with the toppings and bread doing the heavy lifting then this place is for you. The dogs are probably what you should get there. The service is sometimes that grumpy style that some people enjoy. I prefer a friendlier encounter. The ambiance is almost like you're at a bar, but there are times it's not bad. Parking is easy and the food comes quick. First time eating here and pleasantly surprised by how good the food turned out! The Tex was extremely well balanced, with a slightly spicy sausage covered in crunchy coleslaw, flavorful pickled jalapeños (not spicy) and a sweet pickled pepper on top, all within a perfectly toasted Hawaiian bun. The Holy Aioli sliders were juicy and had the right amount of onions and cheese that wasn't overwhelming. The tater tots were super crunchy! They could have used some salt right after coming out of the fryer, but dipping them in ketchup did the trick. I come here a lot and was excited that they finally have a rewards program. However, their self ordering system can't scan the code and they can't do it at the register either. It can ONLY be done via app. (Or so the man at the register said. The coupon screen said I could scan the code or give my phone number when ordering at the register...) I tried to ask if I can use it on the self ordering and also order something "off menu" - his response was "I don't know". From the looks of it, he appears to be the manager - I've seen him before running before, checking on things. How can you have a new system but not know how to use it just in case your customers have questions?! And if you know the rewards program doesn't work in person, then maybe putting up a sign? New systems suck, I get it. But knowing that it doesn't work, the least he could have done was been a little more empathetic. Or maybe throw in a 5% discount or even a free dipping sauce. SOMETHING! I would have been a lot more understanding. I'm heavy on customer service and very disappointed today. Can never go wrong with Dog Haus, right? We were in the area for a separate event so we decided to grab lunch from Dog Haus since it's a chain we eat at every so often. It was pretty busy, line pretty much out the door but we went for it anyway, we stood off to the side to decide what to get (since we kind of wanted something different from our usual) and after deciding, we got in the back of the line and the kind guy in front let us go because he knew we were already there before him but were just unsure of what to order. We ordered our food and it's been a while that I forgot they had really good miso ranch. It's odd to not have the sauces on the menu itself, especially if you're going to order sides that need dip. We ordered our food, our sides, but no sauces. We sat down and waited for our order. Our food came pretty quickly and then I realized that we didn't have any sauces. The only stuff they have out are ketchup and some random hot sauces. I was bummed so I went up to the side to ask what looked like the manager for some ranch. He said they charge $0.85 for it and I was like, damn. It honestly wouldn't have been a big deal if the line wasn't so long and constantly busy. I would've went up to buy myself some ranch but it was just too long of a line for one thing of ranch. I went back to my seat to eat my food which I couldn't enjoy much at all.
