Everybody is really nice. Parking can be a challenge I feel like (somehow I got the last spot)... If it fills up, the adjacent lot is adamant about the parking only being for the few restaurants there. And the street parking is going to be a gamble.

They generously offered a free hot dog, which led me to try their Chili Idol and Downtown creations. The Chili Idol was tasty, but I would have preferred more cheese and less chili. When I arrived, I explained the situation to the assistant manager and asked if I could get chicken tenders instead of another burger because, after that experience, I didn't want another burger. After I said I didn't want one and that I would reach out to corporate, the district manager was contacted and ultimately approved the chicken tenders. When I brought the quality issue to their attention, I was told they would only replace one product. This was a quality issue--not an attempt to get a free meal.
