This company does not do 30 mins dog walking. We paid them to do 30 mins. They have cheated…read moreseveral time. Most average time they walk the dog on 10 t0 15 mins. Sometimes 20 mins. The manager is not a trustable and careless about dogs. Mark does not really get involved much to see how things going. Only get message from manager. I would like not recommend them. We are happy with another company and no issue since. They also included taking pictures, videos and tracking map of dog walking.

We moved every year all over NW DC and made sure Mike was able to still be our walker before I signed on the dotted line. I'm obsessed with my dog and had to be sure Mike could still be our guy - he's that good. Mike was flexible if I needed to work late to swing by and help me out. He covered on weekends too. He had someone all lined up in case he was sick or needed a vacation and always told me well in advance when possible. He's a true professional. My dog absolutely loves him! I think that's what matters most to me. Mike was prompt, responsible, reasonably priced, patient if I forgot to leave the check, responsive to my emails, attentive when my dog had an upset stomach (I asked him many times to "check the consistency"), kept great and clear records of his walks and my dog's bathroom habits and all around made my life easier. Mike may have made my life easier, but he made my boy's day every day. He is a healthier, happier dog which makes me a happier dad. After investigating all my dog walking options, I decided to stay with the Brookland outlet of Saving Grace because I had such a good experience with my former location, they came highly recommended by some friends in the new 'hood, and the owners are sons of a former teacher of my children. Basically, I'm loyal and it's all about relationships. I have not been disappointed! Patrick and Adam have been great with my 2 dogs who have different needs. One is an active rescue mutt who loves a good long walk, and the other is an English Bulldog 1+ yr old puppy with lots of energy but not a lot of walking stamina who just recently had ACL and meniscus surgery! Saving Grace Brookland has been responsive, accommodating, flexible, and helpful in adjusting to our various needs over the past 9 months since we started with them. They are responsive to emails, and leave a daily update about their visit in a notebook at my house. Overall great, can't say enough nice things! Glad they are in the neighborhood for my doggos!
