Cards themselves turned out beautiful and I gladly paid for them. Envelopes, however, were oversized for the card, addresses were poorly positioned and the return address contained a typo. Owner took zero responsibility, choosing instead to gaslight us about how these things were our fault. ("Our opinion and experience is that no one will notice the typo on the address. This is for post office use only and the envelopes will be thrown away. No one is responding to anything via this address. The difference of the size of the card vs. the envelope is not an issue.") She called my daughter a horrible name (WHAT?!?) and told me emphatically that she doesn't have time for brides...they are "too picky". They stayed calm under pressure, worked efficiently, and made sure everyone got the attention they needed without being rushed. Their great personalities and positive energy made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Office Depot OfficeMax is very fortunate to have people like Jennifer and Rehana on their team. Individuals with that level of care, skill, and commitment are rare. I sincerely hope the company has recognized and told them how valuable they truly are--because they absolutely deserve it. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps customers coming back. Five stars, without hesitation.
