I am extremely disappointed with the repeated poor service I have received through the Toyota…read moreAutocare Network at this car wash location. This was my third visit, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently unacceptable each time. Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.

At first, I assumed it was just carelessness and planned to fix them myself later. However, when I went to put them back in place, I discovered that the mats were damaged. The areas where they fit into the seat grooves were completely ripped, as if they had been forcefully pulled out without any regard for the vehicle or the mats. These mats were not damaged before my visit. I understand that mistakes can happen, but customers trust a car wash to take care of their vehicles. Damaging property and then placing it back in the car without mentioning it is unacceptable. I paid for a service expecting my vehicle to be cleaned, not returned with damaged accessories. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this car wash. I plan on calling them tomorrow

But I take off two stars for the workers. I assume management lowered the bar for hires or gave them different instructions. I visit all four wherever I happen to be and they are all the same. After they guide you up on the rails, there are pressure sprayers on both sides, but there's only one person on the driver's side that sprays half your car, doesn't make sense, so, that's a zonk. Now when I pull out, the people who dry the car, hit the hood, top, and trunk, not the sides of the car, why? Another zonk and I save a few dollar on tipping, gotta' show a little effort for a tip.
