When I am picking up the car, they explain briefly and clearly what was needed and what was done. 3. In my experience, they do not try to fix problems which do not exist. If they find any problems I had not anticipated, they tell me about it so I can take a call on what to do about it. 4. They do not overcharge. At this point, I dont even ask for an estimate for minor issues since I know there wont be a surprise when I pick my cars up. 5. Professional and to the point in their communication. The only minor problem I had in my last visit for a leaking tire + oil change + checkup was getting an appointment with them. Still worth the wait compared to taking the car to the dealer (oh no). Kyle(if my memory serves me) the technician was very detailed oriented in his report, open to communicate and knowledgeable. When it came to analyzing the oil filter, I saw he knew how to cut away the oil filter properly vs other horror stories I've seen. From talking with him I could tell he was knowledgeable and gave me great insight into the car. The report he wrote up for me was so well done. This was a huge help as I am not living in the same state as the car. The team was amazing. Kudos to you all for using Tekmetric as well, this made navigating the service and report very easy. Upon arrival, Brian notified me that it might take a while to get to my vehicle as he was in the shop by himself for the next three days. Not only did he get to looking at my car that day, but he was able to replace my alternator, and have the vehicle ready to go by noon the following day. The car started right up, and has had no issues since. Thanks Brian for the quality service, and unexpectedly fast turn-around. I'm sure I'll be back for my future car repair needs.

They didnt have to do this as there were people waiting on their cars to be ready and they were in the middle of some work but graciously helped me out. Marc was super friendly and helpful. He had a hunch of what the issue was after I described the problem and brought his tools with him. After about 30 seconds, he diagnosed the issue and began working. I was up and running within minutes. I asked what I owed him for his urgency and time but he refused payment. They only thing he would accept was a good Yelp review, so this is my form of payment. If I ever have issues in the future, I would not even think twice about going back for service and would highly recommend them!

DO NOT GO HERE! I made a 12pm appt for an oil change. I arrived and was offered a free tire…read morerotation.. I couldn't see the harm in accepting. I waited at the site.. two hours went by. The front desk person finally approached me and explained there was an issue with the tire rotation. He said the lug nuts were "swollen" so they had to HAMMER each one off. As a result, I had 20 lug nuts that were deformed and could no longer be of use. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED AFTER THE FIRST OR SECOND LUG NUT THAT THERE WAS AN ISSUE. To fix it, they were going to have to replace all 20 lug nuts at a cost of $135. The staff member asked me if this was ok.. I replied "I don't really have a choice, do I?" and he said "not really." I had no other option besides saying yes, because my tires were no longer attached to the car. My simple 45 min oil/$90 oil change accumulated to in 3 hours and $200 (without my permission). I will never use this Midas again.
