I don't trust these mechanics. The guys working on the cars are rude. Don't waste your money.

I was here about 2 weeks ago with a flat tire. I had made a reservation online and arrived a few…read moreminutes late. My car was brought in immediately and turns out that I just needed a valve replaced. Steve and Bruno assisted me and were immensely professional. It was a quick and easy job. Due to Covid, they had every precaution in place. The seating area was closed and they requested that people wait in their cars. They do have one seat available for when your car is in the bay. I was grateful that they were open and could assist me. Thank you!

If I could do 0 stars I would. Originally I took my car in…read morefor a flat, which they said it was a leaking valve stem which was replaced. Fast forward to one week later, the tire is flat again after not being driven since we drove it home from the shop (was on vacation). Brought it back in to diagnose the flat again. This time, they say that there was a metal shard in the tire causing the flat and that 2 of the 5 studs were cross threaded. They were quick to blame Subaru's 'Soft Metal'. They then dismissed the flat tire issue and told me to not drive on it and get a tow for the issue they caused. I then had to bring it to another shop to get the studs replaced out of my own pocket. They draw you in with free flat repairs but the techs are lazy, corner cutting losers who don't care if they ruin your car to get your car out in time. ALSO, they estimated the second time at the shop to be around 20min to get it diagnosed, and we ended up sitting around for over an hour before they got us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS EDIT: The cost to fix their screw up came out to be $250

I get the hazard protection and have had to use it. Patrick and Casey are great, and work to get me in and out in a timely manner. When I had a flat, they quickly ordered a tire in same day and I was back on the road that afternoon. In short, I trust them to give me sound advice and service on my vehicle. Thanks Guys! P.S. They are also a very clean establishment. Their waiting area is conducive to do work. With Covid-19, they are all wearing masks and I felt very safe.

I hesitated, asked a few questions about applying that charge to eventual repair cost and then left mystified. When I got home, I checked with my trusted AI agent to find out about this. I was told that shops do charge to run diagnostics and that $209 was very high, especially given that the charge will not offset the cost of the repair. My agent suggested that I go to AutoZone and for $10 they can retrieve the code that might give a clue as to what the problem is. Among the possible causes for the engine-light was loose gas cap. Low and behold, that was it and for $10 I solved the problem that Sullivan tire would have charged me $209 to discover. Why didn't the technician at the front suggest that before trying scamming me out of $209 unnecessarily? Does he know that? I'm sure he does and Sullivan tire does as well. I'll spend my money elsewhere in the future.
