I asked if he knew how to use it, very benign question, not all cars are unlocked similarly and mine was not intuitive. . You can only imagine my surprise when he then screamed "I know these cars we inspect them F you get out of here" and stormed into the back of the garage. Yelled back and forth. Was bad enough filed a police report. It was without a doubt, the most bizarre behavior I've ever seen from a garage or really any business. Reflected on how I Asked the question about the key card it was not condescending in any way. Maybe just one unstable or burned out employee but Would steer clear of this garage there are many alternatives within two miles. Have almost never posted a review with google reviews. Looking at all negative posts I'm sure the owner will write something snarky about how was all my fault.

Before buying, I was charged dealership fee and told that if the car did not pass state inspection, they would refund the dealership fee back. When I called and explained the problems, they told me to bring the car back and add $1,500 before they could fix everything. This was very unfair because after the inspection, the estimated repair cost was was more half of what I paid for the car. I later realized they may have known about these problems but did not honestly disclose them. Now they are not answering my calls, and my number appears to be blocked. I feel disappointed. I would never and ever recommend this dealer to anyone.

If they find any problems I had not anticipated, they tell me about it so I can take a call on what to do about it. 4. They do not overcharge. At this point, I dont even ask for an estimate for minor issues since I know there wont be a surprise when I pick my cars up. 5. Professional and to the point in their communication. The only minor problem I had in my last visit for a leaking tire + oil change + checkup was getting an appointment with them. Still worth the wait compared to taking the car to the dealer (oh no). Not only is this business practice illegal in Massachusetts (not accepting cash as payment) but it says a lot about the character of the people that work there who refused to help a motorist in distress (me) and would rather see me break down on the side of the road than accept a simple cash payment for a small amount of gas. When I told the guy that I have a glovebox full of LED bulbs and can easily do it myself, he threatened to fail the car and force me to redo the inspection. Dishonest owner. "you have about 60% of your pads intact, on a 4 year old car, which means you don't have to replace them now. How did you do that?" I reply, "because I don't tailgate or ride my brakes, like a dum-dum." He chuckled. "And the tires? I asked. He replies, "oh yeah, those are trash..." (which I already knew because they were bald 6 months before I brought the car in). New tires fixed the stopping issue immediately, and I began to appreciate how important tires are to a vehicle braking. I will continue to go to them as long as I live in MA or NH.
