I asked if he knew how to use it, very benign question, not all cars are unlocked similarly and mine was not intuitive. . You can only imagine my surprise when he then screamed "I know these cars we inspect them F you get out of here" and stormed into the back of the garage. Yelled back and forth. Was bad enough filed a police report. It was without a doubt, the most bizarre behavior I've ever seen from a garage or really any business. Reflected on how I Asked the question about the key card it was not condescending in any way. Maybe just one unstable or burned out employee but Would steer clear of this garage there are many alternatives within two miles. Have almost never posted a review with google reviews. Looking at all negative posts I'm sure the owner will write something snarky about how was all my fault.

We've brought them a Saab, a Volvo, a Mercedes, a BMW, and a Mini, and they've done an exceptional job on all of these cars at a fraction of what a dealer would charge. Before they do a job, they'll call you and let you know what work needs to be done and will also give you a price estimate, which usually ends up being pretty accurate. If they find any other problems, they'll let you know about that too. They get the work done quickly too, and even have a loaner car (though we've never needed to use it). As our cars have aged, they keep us up to date on what to expect in terms of maintenance and repairs, and offer excellent insight on if an aging car is worth keeping or getting rid of. We've also brought them cars for pre-purchase inspections, and they've never missed a potential problem. These guys have made it easy to confidently own European cars, and I'd recommend them to anyone in the area. This is a repair shop that cares about having satisfied customers, and it shows.
