Instant expert sercice, brought in a ripped purse and got prompt repair. I've never had something repaired on the spot like that before.

If you need some heavy duty boots for work, look no further. Red Wing makes high quality leather…read moreshoes and boots that will keep you safe and dry while you get the job done. My fiancé works for Whirlpool Amana and this location accepts the annual voucher as well as offers an additional discount on steel toes. You can pay the difference on your shoes up front or have the balance payroll deducted over 12 months so it's a negligible amount out of each paycheck. He now has two pairs of boots for work. The first of which we purchased last January and are still in excellent condition. And the second is a more recent purchase of cowboy boots that he is over the moon with and apparently wants to wear for our wedding. He tends to be pretty hard on shoes so I was glad to see the Red Wings can withstand even him lol. The staff at this location have been friendly and helpful. They're very knowledgable about their products and are willing to work with you to find exactly what you need. We will continue to shop here and Matt tells everyone he knows that Red Wing is the best.

Theres a really cool dude who's been working there for years…read more then i went to the store yesterday. theres a new guy who looks like Ward Rackley (tarot card guy) from king of the hill. he was super disrespectful and mouthy for no reason. Clearly had some attitude issue he was taking out on customers. My coworker who also bought boots 10 mins earlier said the guy had the same attitude before i got there. He should definately leave his home issues. At home

I went to this business to have my vintage leather boots resoled. I did not ask for anything else…read more 5 weeks later and after several check up calls my husband went to pick up my boots. When he got home with them I noticed that they were not my boots at all. The man had placed a black sole on tan boots and had dyed vintage boots without my permission. He ruined them. He had already been paid for this work. I went back down there and dropped them off to be fixed after the damage he had done since he had already been paid. That was the first week of December. Today is January 28th. I just got off the phone with the sole employee and owner. He literally said, "oh yeah... I forgot about those. I threw them in a pile with a bunch of purses". He also told me that it was my fault the boots were not done because I didnt call him to remind him. He claims my boots will be ready Monday but that was after I had to get very sassy with him. He was not kind or understanding about the fact the he RUINED my vintage boots. He told me my boots were NOT vintage and that they had a rubber sole. I told him I didn't need his opinion on my boots and that I just wanted him to either refund my money or give me my finished product. I do not see how this situation is going to be remedied and I am out $50 not to mention my ruined vintage boots and all of the time and gas money it has taken me to drive back and forth to try to get my product I already paid him for. PLEASE DO NOT FREQUENT THIS SHADY SHADY BUSINESS WHERE THEY BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR MISTAKES!
