Upon returning the boat we received a call from Tom informing us two bumpers and an extension cord were missing. My husband informed him we never received the aforementioned items and even commented how odd it was they didn't provide us any this year as they did last year. He essentially told us since we signed off on the checklist his employee conducted that we were SOL. My husband and I were adamant we never received the items. Tom even went as far to insinuate someone must have stolen them off our pier when we weren't looking. He ended up charging us $100 for the two bumpers and the cord, which at most cost $50. Renters beware, it appears this is a common business practice of his. Do yourself a favor and believe the reviews! We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere next summer.

Already with bids from competitors, we asked our boat dealer -- with no skin in the game -- for recommendations, and he specifically suggested that Floe makes good lifts. That led us to speaking with Adam and his family at Lakeside. The team was patient with all our questions. I looked for a local dealer that I could establish a relationship with. After talking with a couple folks in the area between Minocqua and Eagle River, I came across Lakeside Dock and Lift in Minocqua. I stopped in their store and was happy to find this was a well-equipped dealer with lots of docks and accessories available. I purchased a new canopy for my lift from Lakeside and what I got was a first-class product and it fit perfectly. After seeing many of my neighbors with power lifts, I decided to go back to Lakeside to look at what they had to offer. I was surprised (and happy) to see Andy Passow handling sales for Lakeside. As with every other time I have had dealings with Andy previously at a local snowmobile dealer, Andy has taken good care of me every time I've needed something. This time was no exception. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed out everything I needed and said they had everything in stock, and he could have it installed quickly. My lake home on Lake Minocqua is my weekend getaway, so I'm not typically there during the week. Andy said "that's not a problem", in a few days he sent one of their techs over during the week to my house with all the equipment and installed everything perfectly! When I returned the next weekend, everything was installed and waiting for me. Andy made everything quick and easy and my summers of manually cranking my lift up and down are over! The power lift worked perfectly and since Lakeside added that to my lift last summer, I can raise my boat out of the water without leaving my seat! If you need ANYTHING for a boat lift, Andy Passow and Lakeside Dock and Lift is the only place I would go! Give Andy a call, you'll be glad you did!

Terrible installation ended up destroying the product and then they had to intention of standing…read morebehing their work. Had canvas replaced on a 2018 Jayco Pop up. The installation was so terrible it ended up destroying to new canvas after 6 uses. I called and sent pics of what happend and they made every excuse in the book on how it wasn't their fault. Pictures don't lie. Even sent the pics to a places that specializes in canvas install and they couldn't believ how cobbled the install was. Basically the height of the canvas was installed uneven and it ripped off from the bottom when the camped was popped up. Recieved new canvas and installed myself after they basically ghosted me by not calling back about part availablity or the real problem.. What a joke.

Hired this dealership to move a Jayco 40' bungalow for us as they were the ones who originally set it in its spot when it was new. it needed to be moved 30 miles NW. Driver called. He was late and was now at wrong campground to pick up. He showed up with a 1/2 ton truck to tow this trailer that weighed close to 11,000 pounds. Hooked it up, no tools with him, no air to check tires, squatted the truck of course. Driver hauled it fine and put it exactly where I wanted it the first time. He knew what he was doing and this is the only reason the rating wasn't lower. Not bad for $12 a mile, $360?
