Please note the below for expectations for Porcelonosa There is no free shipping. Any shipping is a minimum cost of $125 because they deliver by the pallet and no other way. Each pallet can hold up to 2,000 lbs. Another option is driving up to New Jersey Warehouse to pick up the items on your own to avoid the $125 shipping fee. I would only suggest this if it's a few items. Vanity and tile material are suggested to be shipped on two different pallets, so please be mindful that your cost will be $250 for shipping. Their reasoning is the vanity will be easily damaged if they are fitted on the same pallet. When putting your order together, be sure to include the cost of ordering extra material. Special orders take time to be shipped from Spain to USA, and will not be available for pick up or delivery for an estimated 5-7 weeks. This will put some serious delays on your renovation project. They do not have an products for sale at the showroom locations. They all come from their warehouse in New Jersey. Curbside delivery is the only availability. If you live in an apartment building, they will NOT bring the material up to your unit. While we are more hands on and can be detail-orientated, when we walked into Porcelanosa, we found everything we wanted for the new bathroom in one visit. That was largely due to Kelly Bara, who graciously led us through the choices & decisions. It helps that Kelly has a great sense of style but also that she knows how to not just deal with people, but she seems to enjoy working with customers, and she made the process very enjoyable. The amazing thing that Kelly did was that she was able to give us both a little of what we wanted, melded our style preferences into one design, which is not easy to do. We might not have been able to do it on our own. My wife & I have different & definite style preferences that can be hard to overcome. Of course it also greatly helped that Porcelanosa has some very nice product choices, too. We are not demanding but Kelly answered every email query with patiences and kindness . . . Kelly is an asset to Porcelanosa. Though we do not have any future projects, I will be recommending her and Porcelanosa to my friends and acquaintances.

He communicated with us throughout the project of installing a new Timberteck deck. His crew worked straight on through from start to finish without empty lapses of time. The men are so highly skilled. We continue to be happy with our beautiful deck. Therefore, we asked Ruy to install a Timberteck stair rail at our front doors, which also has withstood the test of time. We'd been concerned that installments like this would compromise the brick, whereby requiring a total rebuild, but a rebuild wasn't necessary. He also advise us on an easy and effective fix to divert water from flowing from the gutter and freezing to ice on those brick steps in winter. Based on the outcome of these projects, and our experience in their progression, we highly recommend this company.

Brutal experience with them back in 2022-2024. Would take weeks and, more than once, even months…read moreto get them to come back and do any work (see screenshots of my text interactions with them -- note the dates). They were supposed to build a new rubber roof. It started leaking on 3 separate occasions (which btw was never fully fixed -- we moved on to different contractors who did address the issues). And like I said, it would take months for them to actually come back and attempt to fix anything. Often they'd come by, look at the damage, then I wouldn't hear from them for multiple weeks. Meanwhile, more damage continues to accrue to the walls and ceilings. The internal fixes they applied for the water damage were just patch jobs. They just plastered and painted over. Meanwhile, the insulation behind the wall was soaked and accrued black mold that we had to address later. Also worth pointing out a major blunder at the beginning of the project (see attached videos and pics). They opened up the roof, and left it open for multiple days without doing any work. Well of course a major rainstorm came by (which was on the weather forecast well in advance). Alll that water poured into the house in the middle of the night setting off fire alarms. It was a nightmare to deal with on my end.
