Everything was scattered. The prices were not that great on most items either. The pop tarts were a deal, but that's because their "best by" date was in June. A lot of things were very expensive. A lot of their items came from BJ's Wholesale. I saw the same store brand there for Tissues & other things. They did have some nice bathrobes for $15 , but I'd need to compare that to other stores to see if it's a deal or not. They had childrens clothes & coats. Adult tops , bathrobes , etc... Like I said, not impressed. I doubt I'll go back. Everyone will really have to form their own opinion on this one. I say, go check it out & see what you think. They did have beautiful Christmas ornaments, but barely anything in the store had a price on it, so, I can't say how much they were.

Most of the items were supposed to be shipped to our house and two items, a case of Diet Coke and a bag of chicken nuggets, were scheduled for curbside pickup on Tuesday between 11:00 and 12:00. I showed up Tuesday during my pickup window and was told they were so far behind on orders that I'd be lucky to get my order that day. I asked if I could just go in, grab the two items myself and have them mark the order as picked up. I was told no because they had to work the orders in order. They told me to come back around 4 or 5 that afternoon. So we found things to do around town and drove back to Sam's Club. The order still wasn't ready. This time they told me to come back Wednesday because they were about a day behind. Wednesday I came back again. Same answer. Still wasn't ready. At that point I called Member Services to see what options I had. Since the rest of the order was still "processing" for shipping they told me I couldn't even cancel it. So basically my money was tied up and all I could do was wait. Thursday morning I made my fourth trip to Sam's Club and finally picked up the two items. Four trips over three days for a case of Diet Coke and a bag of chicken nuggets. While I was there I checked on the rest of the order. Nine other items still hadn't shipped. They weren't even being prepared to ship. They were just sitting in "processing" with no estimated ship date and nobody could tell me when they would actually leave the warehouse. That's probably been the most frustrating part. Once they have your money you're stuck. You can't cancel because the order is processing, but nothing is actually happening. Customer service couldn't give me any answers or any real solution other than to keep waiting. I understand stores get busy. I understand things happen. But don't let customers pick a pickup window if the store is already a day behind. Don't make someone drive back four different times for two items. And if an order sits in processing for days, there should be a way to cancel it instead of tying up someone's money indefinitely. My wife has been saying for years, "We should have just gone to BJ's." This was the last time I'll be hearing that because she's right. Something that's supposed to be convenient has somehow always turned into more work, more driving, more frustration and more wasted time. After 9 years, we're letting our Sam's Club membership expire and switching to BJ's. I really hate writing negative reviews, but this experience was handled so poorly that I felt other people should know what to expect.

My son bought an electric shaver & something for his Nintendo Switch that I was interested in, but I bought it for him instead. The employees were nice & they had they're adorable little girls there. I wandered the whole store and enjoyed myself. I am obsessed with the aesthetic because it's so easy to see everything since it is "bulk". The prices are clear as can be. The store is clean. As someone who shops WAY TOO MUCH, it was easy to price compare. In some instances, I pulled out my phone and searched Walmarts prices. What I found was most items were equal in price to size (just in bulk size here) OR a little cheaper. A few things were significantly but not a lot. For the savings to really add up, I think you would have to be someone who has a really huge tribe to shop for. For me, I do not. My favorite deal were the acai bowls. Those I can definitely save money buying here.. I bought some clothes too (a dress, a scalloped sweater, and flares). All of the bulk drink packages were a nice price. They have clothes for all ages and genders. I would say the price matches the quality in these terms. Remember when shopping here how much space you have in your fridge/freezer - this is the biggest battle in my home because my roommate LOVES their frozen food section lol Aside from a full grocery store and clothing, they also have electronics, baby items... actually let me sum it up by saying they carry a lot of what a super walmart would: only it's bulk size. They have registers and self-checkout. I found staff helpful when needed. I found the customers the best part for me ... I had a few really nice convos and I enjoyed my girl time with these total strangers haha If you don't have bags, they have TONS of boxes for ya from the product to grab after checkout (like Aldi, except they have put it all at the end of checkout for you). You can get a discount on your gas here (I use top tier gas - they don't have it here so I can't use it). There are coupons on the app to save you more. 90 day return policy on clothes.

We like their 10 pound hambug roll which works out to about $2.50 a pound for black Angus beef and their large tomato cans. Otherwise their prices on other items seems fairly high. Produce is higher than normal grocery stores. Know your prices before shopping here! It's worth going for the items we do pick up but only if we're in the area. On the positive side, their staff always seems to be friendly and helpful and everyone was wearing a mask.
