    Pretty good sized clean store

What a hidden gem!!! My second time shopping here so I thought I would give a shout out. The prices are very reasonable compared to BJ's and Sam's Club. I also find there name brand products including food much more delicious as well. The staff is always helpful and courteous however they don't have the electronics clothing appliances Etc BJ's and Sam's Club unfortunately have. They except ebt as well which may help many people as well . Free club membership

Just clarify, this place has the same name as me, but we're not related in any way. I went to check it out because I got flyers in the mail. Gordon's is not for typical Wegman's/Tops/Gracery store shoppers. Gordon is selling to restaurant owners, food service operations, sub shops, pizza shops, BJ Wholesale and Sams Club members, and others who purchase large size packages to get big discounts. If you are hosting a large event, this would be a good place to shop. While this isn't a locally owned store, they gave a lot of thought to Buffalo and it shows. They offer some covered parking and have a large parking lot. It's on #20 and #79 bus routes. The store is sparkling clean and well organized. There are two sections to the store. There is an enormous walk-in cooler where I found excellent quality produce, meats, cheeses and other refrigerated items. If you need hundreds of eggs, this is the place to get them. Bring a jacket or you'll be cold in the cooler. The other half of the store has commercial sized packages of dry goods, spices, cleaning supplies, and even commercial freezers. I spot checked a few prices and found they are about one third the price of grocery stores for produce and meats. The prices I saw are truly wholesale prices. It was nice to see many local brands available: Upstate milk, Costanzo's bread and rolls, Weber's mustard, Red Pack, Sorrento cheese. My favorite section was the spice lane. I use a lot of Bay Leaves, which are typically very expensive in grocery stores. Here, I was able to buy a commercial size container for much less than $10. A single, small Bay Leaf plant from Burpee is $25. Getting hundreds of fresh, wonderful bay leaves at wholesale made my day, and my pasta sauce is just wonderful as a result. Unlike Sam's Club and BJ's, Gordon has friendly, helpful employees eager to help you. I am happy to give this establishment 5 stars. One of them made sure to point out that they have many more items available for purchase on line.

Great selection of meats and everything you'll need to entertain. One of the few places I've found slab pork belly in wny.

It's not Mary's organic chicken or organic chicken at all. It looks like horrible chicken you get from like any random market. I'm really confused why people come here over Whole Foods or wegmans. I'm sorry.. I know it's a local business but the prices are crazy. I feel like if it was organic chicken then maybe I can justify it.

This time I went in to get some lamb chops ($20 a lb) I wish the chops were bigger, but they were portioned out and ready to go for marinating and grilling. I couldn't help myself and got a cup of their Mac and cheese in their case. (was cheesy and creamy, just how I like it!) Grilled up the chops last night , good flavor but kind of fatty. The customer service is nice and prompt and they have a great selection of anything you may want (meat wise) plus the store is very clean which is a huge plus for me. I'll be back to get some more stuff to put on my grill once the temps rise.

But I thought it was only a deli, with amazing take out burgers, yes I heard about the burgers. It wasnt until my good friend Zoe told me her good friend works there and I would love this place !! Might i say my friends know me well, lol. So NOW I know there is a deli BUT also a cafe!! A very cute cafe, with extremly pleasant staff and amazingly fresh and tasty fare. So yes I heard the about burger but the pork cutlet sounded absolutely delightful. Therefore, the waitress recommended we cut each it in half and my sister and I split them. Sounded great to us !! My sister started with the burger, when she took her first bite I literally watched the juice from burger drip from her mouth....no exaggeration!!! So wild !! My turn !! This burger was so good, not gonna lie i crave this burger!! Its easily my fave burger since Allen Burger Venture closed. Now the pork cutlet itself was bigger than the bun. The lemon caper mayo is light yet tangy I added a lil hot sauce. I forgot I was eating a pork chop. Another great sandwhich fresh, simple and just good. We paired them a lemon spritz and a Americano spirtz. Though I was late to party, you don't have to be!! Check them out!! There is small parking lot too.

I loved everything about this spot(minus parking lol)…read more This cute cafe connected to their butcher shop is a vibe. We came in, ended up ordering takeout, as all seats were taken, and they do not take orders unless you have a seat. But take out was fine, gave me time to walk around and view the cafe and the butcher shop. It's a small venue but quaint. The staff was amazing! So friendly. We chatted up and they gave me a lot of information on their menu, and the wine dinners that they host. The food..amazing! We got the fired chicken sandwhich, which was absolutely delicious, need I say one of my top favorites! The chicken was crusted, fried and cooked to perfection, and I love pimento cheese, this was a slam dunk for me. We also tried the French dip, again just delicious. They change the menu quarterly. Also tried a side of the Spanish potato salad, again great! I'd compare this to the Spanish version of German potato salad. While I waited for the food I went over to the butcher shop, which was cool to see them actually butchering in one section. I bought some jalapeno and pepper jack sausages as well as some Merguez sausages which are beef and lamb sausages. Can't wait to try them. Then a tub of garlic bleu butter caught my eye and yes I snagged some of that as well!

I have only had the stuffed pork chops from here but I can guarantee you will absolutely LOVE them…read more I am planning on having them for dinner tomorrow night. The amount of stuffing in them is to die for and you will not be disappointed. After getting my nails done next door, I decided to stop in on recommendation of my roommate. I didn't plan to buy anything since I'm going away for a couple of days but I could not resist. Rob was very friendly and helpful. It's not a big place, but there's options galore and he showed me around and told me about a lot of the foods and who prepared them and what's in them. I was also surprised to see Gondola ravioli there! As a teen, I worked at Latinas and after they closed, I would buy them at Tops. But I haven't seen them there in AGES and haven't found a replacement. I was so happy and had to buy some. Then I saw the delicious banana peppers (amongst other things) and bought both varieties of those and a few BBQ meatballs (all of these made in-house). I got home and threw the banana peppers in the oven immediately and warmed up the meatballs as a little appetizer while I waited (hey, I hadn't eaten all day and it was dinner time!). The meatballs were great ... they were mini and size but packed with flavor. Of the 2 banana pepper varieties I bought, me and my son both agreed the one with Italian sausage in it was our favorite! We absolutely cannot wait to have them again ... so much so that I had to call and make sure they are a regular option so I can grab them soon! The store itself is incredibly clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The cuts of meat are beautiful. There's plenty of raw meat options, cooked items, fresh and frozen, individual or bulk, some salads, deli meats and cheese, a few other things. Oh, there's tons of unique hamburgers too in which they mix their ground beef with various ingredients for different flavors. Prices are on par with anywhere else ... no worries about jacked up prices here at all! Very fair. Great customer service, appearance, and variety. No complaints at all. I look forward to shopping here again!
