Bockwurst, mettwurst, knockwurst: It's a celebration of all traditional German sausages! Deli meats, sides, condiments: Everything for your meal but beverages!

Everyone knows Redlinski Meats. Being on the market since 1947 speaks for itself. For four generations, the family-run butcher shop has earned a high reputation and a strong position on the market. People love their products and appreciate the consistent high quality and variety of merchandise. I usually visit their store if I happen to be in the area. I really like their slab bacon. It's always fresh and super flavorful. They offer two kinds of 'kiszka' -- light and dark. Unfortunately, for some reason, there is a very skimpy amount of blood used in the process. Both options taste rather, I would say, closer to a scrapple. I'm not a big fan of their sausage either, but it's just my personal preference. Kabanos was highly processed and too salty, too. Recently I tried their ham and I have to admit, it was very good piece of cold cut, definitely worth trying. The meats are great! They always look extremely fresh and invitingly. They also offer 'pierogi', soups and premade portions of stuffed meats ready to be cooked. Definitely every meat eater will find something tasty and satisfying at Redlinski. The store is super clean and the flow of customers is well organized.

This was our first time to this nice local butcher shop. We were greeted by a staff member at the door who was controlling how many people were allowed in at once. He was very helpful and informative and we were inside in less than 5 minutes. After some browsing we decided to try the homemade (frozen) oxtail soup, fresh polish sausage and Italian sausage. I liked that they had a bunch of homemade soups to go. This is something a little different than other places and the portion was nice. The soup was enough for a meal for 1 or a side for 2 people. The broth was flavorful, meaty and comforting. The sausages were both good, not the best sausage I ever had but not bad at all. The polish was our favorite and was juicer than the Italian. There were some delicious looking steaks which we didn't try this time but will next. They had some higher end super thin sliced steak to make a deluxe steak, pepper and onion hoagie which looked wonderful. There were also some sauces, condiments and spices to help make the rest of your meal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone was wearing masks and following covid protocols.

It's not Mary's organic chicken or organic chicken at all. It looks like horrible chicken you get from like any random market. I'm really confused why people come here over Whole Foods or wegmans. I'm sorry.. I know it's a local business but the prices are crazy. I feel like if it was organic chicken then maybe I can justify it.

This time I went in to get some lamb chops ($20 a lb) I wish the chops were bigger, but they were portioned out and ready to go for marinating and grilling. I couldn't help myself and got a cup of their Mac and cheese in their case. (was cheesy and creamy, just how I like it!) Grilled up the chops last night , good flavor but kind of fatty. The customer service is nice and prompt and they have a great selection of anything you may want (meat wise) plus the store is very clean which is a huge plus for me. I'll be back to get some more stuff to put on my grill once the temps rise.

But I thought it was only a deli, with amazing take out burgers, yes I heard about the burgers. It wasnt until my good friend Zoe told me her good friend works there and I would love this place !! Might i say my friends know me well, lol. So NOW I know there is a deli BUT also a cafe!! A very cute cafe, with extremly pleasant staff and amazingly fresh and tasty fare. So yes I heard the about burger but the pork cutlet sounded absolutely delightful. Therefore, the waitress recommended we cut each it in half and my sister and I split them. Sounded great to us !! My sister started with the burger, when she took her first bite I literally watched the juice from burger drip from her mouth....no exaggeration!!! So wild !! My turn !! This burger was so good, not gonna lie i crave this burger!! Its easily my fave burger since Allen Burger Venture closed. Now the pork cutlet itself was bigger than the bun. The lemon caper mayo is light yet tangy I added a lil hot sauce. I forgot I was eating a pork chop. Another great sandwhich fresh, simple and just good. We paired them a lemon spritz and a Americano spirtz. Though I was late to party, you don't have to be!! Check them out!! There is small parking lot too.

We came in, ended up ordering takeout, as all seats were taken, and they do not take orders unless you have a seat. But take out was fine, gave me time to walk around and view the cafe and the butcher shop. It's a small venue but quaint. The staff was amazing! So friendly. We chatted up and they gave me a lot of information on their menu, and the wine dinners that they host. The food..amazing! We got the fired chicken sandwhich, which was absolutely delicious, need I say one of my top favorites! The chicken was crusted, fried and cooked to perfection, and I love pimento cheese, this was a slam dunk for me. We also tried the French dip, again just delicious. They change the menu quarterly. Also tried a side of the Spanish potato salad, again great! I'd compare this to the Spanish version of German potato salad. While I waited for the food I went over to the butcher shop, which was cool to see them actually butchering in one section. I bought some jalapeno and pepper jack sausages as well as some Merguez sausages which are beef and lamb sausages. Can't wait to try them. Then a tub of garlic bleu butter caught my eye and yes I snagged some of that as well!

After getting my nails done next door, I decided to stop in on recommendation of my roommate. I didn't plan to buy anything since I'm going away for a couple of days but I could not resist. Rob was very friendly and helpful. It's not a big place, but there's options galore and he showed me around and told me about a lot of the foods and who prepared them and what's in them. I was also surprised to see Gondola ravioli there! As a teen, I worked at Latinas and after they closed, I would buy them at Tops. But I haven't seen them there in AGES and haven't found a replacement. I was so happy and had to buy some. Then I saw the delicious banana peppers (amongst other things) and bought both varieties of those and a few BBQ meatballs (all of these made in-house). I got home and threw the banana peppers in the oven immediately and warmed up the meatballs as a little appetizer while I waited (hey, I hadn't eaten all day and it was dinner time!). The meatballs were great ... they were mini and size but packed with flavor. Of the 2 banana pepper varieties I bought, me and my son both agreed the one with Italian sausage in it was our favorite! We absolutely cannot wait to have them again ... so much so that I had to call and make sure they are a regular option so I can grab them soon! The store itself is incredibly clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The cuts of meat are beautiful. There's plenty of raw meat options, cooked items, fresh and frozen, individual or bulk, some salads, deli meats and cheese, a few other things. Oh, there's tons of unique hamburgers too in which they mix their ground beef with various ingredients for different flavors. Prices are on par with anywhere else ... no worries about jacked up prices here at all! Very fair. Great customer service, appearance, and variety. No complaints at all. I look forward to shopping here again!
