So I can say from experience, that the quality of the injector makes a huge difference. You definitely get what you pay for. Having a wide face has always been a complex of mine, and the masseter botox made my face slimmer, more proportional, and just snatched my face. I wanted results that are noticeable, but natural and that's exactly what I got. I highly recommend Dr Hess and his clinic, and I would never trust any one else with my face again.

He was very down to earth and knowledgeable, took his time answering my questions and made sure we were going with the right surgical choices. As soon as I had the consultation I knew he was the right surgeon for me. Since having my procedure I have been very pleased with the symmetry of my breasts and overall appearance. I'm able to do all of my upper body exercises and my new breasts suit my frame very well. He was able to go off my inspiration photos and created a very similar result. Dr. Hess is not only a surgeon but an artist of his craft- he pays close attention to detail and is a perfectionist. His standard of care is unparalleled. I couldn't have asked for a better final result and a year later everything is going smoothly. I did miss my last follow up with him but I hope this review serves as a statement of confidence and satisfaction from a happy patient. For future surgical procedures I would feel very safe in his hands.

Dr Pelle is simply amazing!…read more Prior to my 1st appointment with her for a rash 7 years ago, Dr Pelle wanted me to send her my current labs prior to my appointment. (She is a brilliant facts and data driven individual and because of her inquisitive and insatiable goal to be the very best, I am alive today because she identified a totally unrelated to the rash issue.) Dr Pelle was recommended by two of my former dermatologists who could not solve the my rash problem and that says a lot! Love it when a referral comes from doctors that they respect and would use as their choice of dermatologist! If you need a dermatologist, I encourage you to start with the-best-of-the-best and contact Dr Michelle Pelle! J-Seraz

After encounters with two different providers, I have cancelled all future visits for the sake of my health. I was initially prescribed multiple regimens that only made my condition worse. When I was unable to see the doctor for two months, I saw a Nurse Practitioner who proceeded to prescribe medications I am explicitly allergic to. Even after I reiterated several times that I could not take them, she refused to provide alternatives. Ignoring a known allergy is dangerous and negligent. At the end of my visit, I requested a standard 'After Visit' paper with written directions for my medical care. I was told 'that's not how they do things.' Refusing to provide a patient with written instructions for their health--especially while dealing with infections and medications--is completely unprofessional. Furthermore, they do not validate parking. It is sad that nearby coffee shops and sushi restaurants offer validation, yet a medical facility receiving referrals refuses to cover the cost for its patients. I will not be returning. If you value clear communication, clinical accuracy, and basic patient safety, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Oh and I know her time so much more valuable than mine, because then I'm waiting a half hour in her office just to be seen for under 2 minutes..only to find out that she's unable to help me with my concerns..and I had to choose "only one concern...." her nurse said. Her staff is actually very nice. One of them said, "I'm sorry I'm just the messager" It's pretty ridiculous that patients get treated this way. I walked out of her office mid appointment so upset...she basically doesn't care.. No one deserves to be treated this way and every single time I've come here I am extremely rushed, like no joke, 2 minutes. I got diagnosed with pah from CoolSculpting, and adverse reaction where the fat actually grows instead of dies. I suffered for almost a year until I got surgery. Before surgery Dr Lisa told me she had the same experience with pah on her back, they do CoolSculpting at their office too, but she said she wouldn't do it on anyone because of her experience! It's now been 4 months since I have have had surgery (amazing doc in Maui )and I was excited to tell her about my recovery and had a few questions with healing, but she has NO time to listen, care for, or educate her patients. You would think that someone that has gone through this would have an drop of empathy in their heart for someone that has suffered for almost a year with fat growing on there face even?! Like women to women...wtf? What's wrong with people? It's really unfortunate there are doctors out here that are "caring" for their patients.

Fortunately for me Dr G's office is not far for me so I decided to go do a casual consultation. I was so impressed with how engaged he was in educating me on eye Anatomy and the physiology of eye aging. There was no Hard Sell. The cost of his procedure was comparable to Mexican prices which was shocking. I couldn't help myself but to put a deposit down. I was so excited. The day of my surgery went well. Everyone has jitters but Dr G and the staff were extremely professional and reassuring. There was no pain. I'm not going to say the healing process was fun. There was a lot of bruising. Moderate pain. I did have a temporal headache every single day for about a month which was a bit frustrating. I was a little nervous with some upper eyelid issues that appear to be drooping to me but was nothing more than inflammation. I mean come on it was eye surgery there's bound to be inflammation. I remember calling Alex and she put me at ease saying it's part of the healing process. I tend to be impatient. I did, upon her recommendation do hyperbaric chamber treatments which seem to start moving the inflammation out. I'm at the three months Mark right now. My cheeks are lifted and my hollowness and eye bags are gone. I believe my 3-month checkup is next week. There is still some tenderness around the lateral eyes but visibly it looks amazing. I've already told two of my friends about him. One last thing, for those worried that there is not that much out there on this doctor, it's because he left a multi doctor office in which he could not take his patients or reviews with him. He has quite an extraordinary resume if you ask they will tell you . Please don't think he's new at this. He's a brilliant surgeon and you could tell that he's passionate at what he does.

During the consultation, she did a diagnostic endoscope. Everything seemed straightforward until I got the bill. I was never told that the endoscope was not part of the consultation and when I brought this up to the billing office, they told me that I should have called my insurance to get an estimate before the procedure. tl;dr - Dr. Gilani herself is great, but you will get charged more because she works in a nice new building. On Monday, July 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM, I visited the hospital due to a referral from my stomach…read moresurgeon. The surgeon had recommended an emergency room visit for abdominal pain/vomiting. Upon arrival, I remained quiet and sat alone in the emergency room. This was my first experience at this particular facility, as I had only visited Scripps Green and Scripps Lajolla. During my ER wait, I felt anxious and apprehensive. The atmosphere in the emergency room was unsettling, reminiscent of a crime scene. A security guard wielded a long red stick, threatening to strike a homeless individual who refused to comply. The homeless individuals present responded with aggressive behavior, including yelling and screaming. After approximately one hour, I was summoned back to the hospital. The only available bed was located in the hallway, not in a private room. I endured a two-hour wait before receiving a CT scan. The CT scan technicians were unprofessional and sarcastic, giving rude looks, exhibiting a lack of courtesy and respect. Furthermore, four male nurses or staff members stationed at the entrance to the registration area engaged in inappropriate behavior, cursing and acting in a manner that belied their professional roles. Many of the nurses walked the hallways with egregious attitudes. NEver seen four of the female nurses act this way, I really was asking myself. ..Why am I still here in this ER and not driving myself to Scripps La Jolla, or green hospital. I Simply asked one of the nurses where the nearest restroom was..she gave me a go to hell look and walked right past me, not even answering me. In contrast, my attending physician, Dr. Katherine Ross M.D., was exceptionally pleasant and attentive. I had no complaints about her bedside manner. I am scheduled to undergo surgery at this hospital in the near future, but I have decided to cancel the appointment. I intend to seek care at a safer hospital where I feel secure and where professional medical staff conduct themselves with professionalism and respect. I will thoroughly review my medical bill with my insurance provider to ensure that I am not overcharged. While I appreciate my surgeon's expertise, I will not undergo surgery in an environment that induces fear and discomfort. I strongly advise individuals considering this hospital to exercise caution and explore alternative options. I have great insurance. I am not going to be paying to be treated like a piece of Garbage, to be scared and frightened in a ER. UCSD Hospital, Scripps Lajolla, and Scripps Green are all safer alternatives. Only.
