Before deciding to go to Performance Auto Spa, I did gather quotes and reviews from other area places that specialized in tinting and decided I would go with Performance. I have no regrets. I first emailed with Tim who was extremely quick to respond and then finally scheduled my appointment which took a little over a week to wait for. I was told it would take roughly 3 hours to do my car given that it's a little more complicated then most. I decided I would wait and just do work. The showroom is fairly large and very quiet. Not sure if it was because it was middle of the afternoon during the week or what, but only a few people stopped by to get quotes and I was able to work in peace. The car was actually done in under 2 hours and I was out the door. The tint job was immaculate and came with a lifetime warranty. Overall, if you have any car care related questions involving tint, paint protection, detailing, etc, don't hesitate to call them! My one and only negative is that it is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but I did hear them tell one potential customer that they would be willing to come get their car or drop it off for them which I would have taken advantage of if I knew about it in advance.

I had a special request as well: we had a bit of an emergency to address, which was dealing with about a pint of sugary ice tea that had been spilled on the passenger side back floor and had made its way up to the front of the car. As the car's filthiness crept to the point of no return, I quickly realized that I would never have enough free time (at least 3-4 uninterrupted hours) to properly clean and detail her car--especially since my weekends seem to be consumed by kiddie birthday parties and soccer practice/games. I made an appointment with Curbside Mobile Detailing and received a quick email confirmation for the appointment time. DJ also called me prior to his arrival so I was able to let our nanny know to expect him--a simple courtesy that was greatly appreciated since I couldn't meet him at our house on a work day. DJ spent at least 4 hours on the car and my wife's 6 year old, much abused SUV looks almost like new! He also paid special attention to the paint (black metallic), which was looking pretty tired with lots of swirl marks and light scratches. Amazing job.
