What a fun place!! I loved it here. I stopped by during the day on a Saturday and there were a couple other people here. The employees were friendly and nice. They were very knowledgeable Dan our their products. I really liked trying the whiskey, vodka, gin, etc. they have some great options here! The tastings are FREE and you can leave whatever you'd like for a donation. They're really nice and it's a great spot so I gave a $15 donation. I've paid this in the past for tastings. I would definitely stop back here again.

Good food, summer vibes and fun cocktails and dessert. drinks tried agloe and strawberry smash both are customized with liquor of your choice. Nice small bite selection. Everything we tried had distinct flavor and yummy. Trout crostini if you like tuna salad you will like their trout it is like an elevated version. Crostini just enough crisp, trout not fishy and mixed right, shrimp and avocado light and satisfying, goat cheese peppers are actually warm papadew peppers stuffed with goat cheese a nice appetizer that doesn't make you feel weighed down. Lots of covered outdoor seating to enjoy the summer.

Outdoor seating, friendly staff, knowledgeable about their products and a relaxing atmosphere. A must stop if you're close to Roscoe, NY

If your are ever close to Roscoe, NY you MUST stop in at Do Good Spirits . The staff is amazing, Kourtni knows her stuff about their entire product line. They offer tastings, food, outdoor entertainment and an environment that just simply settles the soul of the traveler. Buy a bottle, buy 2! Definitely going back.

Bourbon cream. Best thing ever

Awesome distillery! Formerly known as Prohibition, they do an amazing tasting (by donation), and the store has a great selection of their spirits as well as local products. Haven't tried the food or cocktails yet but I definitely will at some point. Get the bourbon cream!!!

Really awesome spot, has vegan options and are very accommodating on food allergies. I got the cuban sandwich with no cheese. I highly recommend! They have live music playing and have a distillery for all their products, so an amazing crew, gave us a full on tour! Thanks for having us!

The DeBruce - Mushroom

The DeBruce

Came to The DeBruce as part of my birthday weekend and stayed the night--overall, I absolutely…read moreloved it and would 100% come back. The hotel itself is cozy, full of charming little spaces, and we truly felt pampered throughout our stay. It's pet-friendly (huge plus!), and everyone was incredibly kind to my dog--he had the best time exploring the hiking trails with me. The vibe is very relaxed, peaceful, and the perfect place to disconnect from the world. Now for the real star of the show: the food. We did the tasting menu and it was so good. I loved the intention behind each dish and how they highlighted seasonal ingredients and the local farm sources. My personal favorites were the mushroom dish and the venison--both were phenomenal. The staff was warm, attentive, and did a great job walking us through each course. A few small observations: The dining room was a little too dark--I love seeing my food, especially when it's so beautifully presented. Since it was my birthday, I expected a bit more than a lone candle. No cookie, treat, or even a candle placed on top of dessert--it just didn't feel special. Dessert wasn't for me. It was somewhere between a milkshake and ice cream, but with a strange mochi-like texture and an overpowering amount of lavender. It felt like eating soap. The quail course tasted amazing, but the presentation wasn't appealing. It looked a bit messy, and leaving the head on (even though it wasn't edible) felt off. That said, everything was incredible--thoughtfully crafted, delicious, and visually stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite and the whole experience. Highly recommend--can't wait to return!

This review is for the restaurant only…read more Made a reservation for dinner on a weeknight. My party of 4 was a little early, so we had a drink in the tavern downstairs first; bartender made a great whisky sour. For dinner, we did the a la carte menu. I tried: + Cabbage + Ricotta toast + Grilled broccoli + Mangalista pork chop + Ricotta dumpling + Cheeseburger + Spiced cake The highlights were the cabbage, pork chop and burger. Overall I thought the food was excellent, though I wished they offered sides (especially some type of a potato for the burger). Would have gladly paid for additional sides a la carte.
