I had driven past this place thousands of times and never gave it a second thought. But the wife says take it here and off we went. The receptionist was very present and said someone would meet us in a few minutes. Two minutes later the service man met my son and I. My son described what was going on and we went to the car. The service man looked at the undercarriage and found that it needed a few screws. He then not only got the few screws but actually went down on the ground and went underneath the car and screwed in the items got back up and said it was no charge! What? No charge? I could not believe it. The service man said that next time you have a problem just think of our services. Wow that was extreme customer service. The service man was thanked for his service and i will " God forbid" would use the service. Thank You. Also note in the shop the have to old gas pumps. I loved them. Get this. One had a price of $0.13 per gallon!!!! omg. I had to laugh at it. Thanks Arbutus Body Shop :)

I took my daughter's car to Miles as a second opinion: The first body shop we went to had said the…read moreroof had to be replaced, as it could not be repaired (during high winds, tree branches heavy enough fell onto and dented/banged up the roof). As the idea of cutting off the roof and also replacing the air bag clips as a result did not sit well with either my daughter or me, we decided to try Miles which we had used before (we had gone to the other body shop first, because it was much more convenient geographically to us; plus, it was recommended by our insurance company). I'm so glad we took it to Miles, because they were able to repair the roof and avoid messing with the airbag clips, and they did a great job. They also repaired for free (popped out) a big dent in the bumper/lower trunk area which was discovered shortly before taking it to Miles (mysterious how that dent got there) and therefore not covered under any insurance claim. That was really generous of Chris/Miles Body Shop to offer and provide this extra repair at no charge. Chris was flexible on our picking up the car and was cleaning it when we came by. They handled the insurance claim on their side as well. The car looks great, and as said before, we're so very happy to have taken the car to Miles Body Shop! (Note: Always get to Miles after turning on to Pine Ave (at the light), which the GPS might not always direct you to. Accessing it from Route 1 will get you trapped in a parking lot full of cars).

I was a…read moresatisfied customer of Bumper Globe, but ABSOLUTELY CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR Baltimore Auto Body & Collision Center (now referred to as BABCC). Paint was peeling from the roof of the car and I'd called around to BABCC and had brought my car in for an estimate. The main person I was talking to kept trying to upsell me and repair other paint issues on my car, which was pretty annoying after I said No the first time. Despite this, I agreed to drop off my car while I was out of town for a long weekend. BABCC is conveniently located and I can walk there if necessary. I dropped my car off on Wednesday evening, 7/2. I told them I would be back 7/9 to pick up the car. I wasn't given any indication the work would not be completed by the time I returned. I'd even asked about their workload and was told my car's roof would be repainted in that timeframe. I arrived at BABCC this morning, Wednesday, 7/9 at around 8:45. BABCC was locked up tight despite their website stating they should have opened at 8am. I tried all the doors. Locked. I called the number on their website. No answer. I began leaving VMs and texting the number from the website. I'd used the number before to text with a tech, so I know the number works. I went and looked at my car while I was waiting around and saw THE WORK WASN'T EVEN DONE! The roof of my car looked as bad as ever. I kept calling and texting the number from the website. No response. I ended up having to Lyft home, then I got my spare key and went back to BABCC. Luckily my car was parked in a space on the BABCC lot where I could back it out. So that's what I did. BABCC was still not open when I went by to take my car back. Still, 2 hours later, no one from BABCC has contacted me yet. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. And MY KEYS are still inside there. But trust me, I WILL get them back. Y'all not about to play in my face this way. Uh uh. The new owners appear to be minorities so I was rooting for them. No longer. They are trash. Do not recommend.
