I recently purchased a 2024 RSQ8. Wasn't sure if I wanted to change anything. Also I did not know any European motor shops. While looking at a German website discussing Audi performance work, I came across a place called Brooklyn Motors Inc. I was somewhat skeptical, being a Brooklynite myself, knowing/dealing in Brooklyn...especially auto shos!!! (watch your back).... My co-worker and I set out to visit Brooklyn Motors Inc. We met Eric Z upon arrival. Boy did we hit a home run. Eric answered all our questions in the manner of an auto enthusiast, not a Brooklyn Auto Repair shop salesman. In fact, his business is far from that!!! He did not try to sell me any services, but rather answered my questions about tuning the vehicle. He said if tuned, it could produce somewhere in the neighborhood of 750 Horsepower. Ooops, he tuned it last Friday, and it came out to 780HP!!!! And the torque was 855. He discussed to cost before hand. No last minute surprises. No hidden costs. And very reasonable costs! Now that I got the appropriate power for the RSQ8, it was time for some minor cosmetics. He suggested black gloss powder coated rims, and wheel spacers. Not only is the ugly aluminum look gone, but the insdie of the rims and coated as well. Thus making it easier to clear! The wheel spacers not only gave the car a great trimline look, but the car felt more stable when I hit 120mph on the B&9044e Bridge. (name intentionally left out). I picked the car up today and its looking and sounding wicked. Eric's recommendation for the cosmetics gave the vehicle a much needed uplift to its look. I pushed Eric to put the vehicle on the Dyno Jet to test the HP and Torque. I thought the RSQ8 had big cojones before the tune, but now she will not let anyone outrun me.

Their website was pretty easy but I called them and spoke to a sales rep, Austin who answered all my questions and made the process seamless. The piece was located upstate but he was able to get it shipped to the Queens location within 24 hours. I got a text message once it was ready for pickup, once on location they have an area for you to park, you go into the lobby and get a copy of your invoice which you take right next door to the garage where someone hands you your piece, they even offer to put it into your car. If I ever need a piece again they'll be my first stop! I highly recommend them!

I understand that everyone is trying to pay their bills but he couldn't be reasonable with his fee, people also have to survive without being robbed, I also parked in other areas just to prolong their fix from Months at a time and still about 8 months later I had a wet floor in my front passenger side floor, they only put a bandage on the problem so I can come back,,Im not a person that is a auto handyman but I watched YouTube and the solution is so simple, some car manufacturers put a skinny sunroof drainage on their vehicle models, However you can buy a trimmer line on Amazon or a drain line with a brush at the end for a car sunroof drainage line, it's only $9.00 and open your sunroof then there is a drain hole inside of the railing of the sunroof on the driver side and the front passenger side, for me I had to push the trimmer line through the hole of my front passenger side when doing it push It in and out like your jimming the drain out as you are putting the line in the drain hole, it's like you are snakeing the hole keep pushing the line in the hole till you feel that the line reaches the bottom of the drain hole,you will feel when it reaches the bottom, once you reached the bottom pull the line in and out tapping the bottom of the drain, it's like your knocking the debre through the bottom so the water can start to leak on the ground instead of the floor of the car, to ensure you are done pour a small bottle of water into the hole making sure that the water flows to the ground under your vehicle,,,this will unclog any dirt & debre that went in there while the rain and tree particles might have went inside. Do this once in a while to keep your drainage debre free When I did this easy fix I only paid $9.00 !!!! No tools needed, just Snake the hole that's it !!! Mr.trim is a mr. crook!!!!
