Afternoon arrives and parts are here as promised! However i realized i needed 1 more of the same part, so the manager orders another and promises it'll be here by 3PM. Store closes at 4PM and he said if i couldn't make it in time to give him a call and he'll personally wait a little past closing. Also bought some other items from them that were in inventory and staff was very very helpful. Sad that i didn't discover NAPA sooner - they have earned my business over other chain automotive parts stores. 5/5 stars... great customer service, friendly staff, and well organized location. If you can't find something in the shelf just mention it to the folks behind the counter and they'll be happy to assist.

As you try to describe your problem or ask for a certain part, God help you if your discourse shows you to be, even in the slightest bit, less knowledgeable about cars than they are, because their disdain will become apparent. I brought a glitchy RadCity Bike to Edgewares in hopes of getting it fixed. I had just had a bad…read moreexperience at another bike shop where I was told it would be worked on quickly, then 2 hours later they "still hadn't heard from their e-bike mechanic" who was running late I work or something. So I brought the bike back to brooklyn and to Edgewares. The owner of the shop stopped what he was doing to come take a cursory look. When the battery was fizzing he knew there was a bigger issue so instead of promising a quick turn around he said he wanted to find the real problem but it could take time, and he'd follow up with an estimate. I appreciated the quick review and honest timeline. I got a call later that he had discovered some glitchy wires that may have also been shorting the battery and he had contacted rad wagon and found it. It was under warranty and was able to get me a replacement bike. I was floored! I was happy to pay for set up of the new bike as they had put a lot of time into it. When I realize I had forgotten the key lock for the battery when picking up the new bike they came to my house a mile and a half away to pick it up. It was incredible customer service. I have two ebikes and kid bikes and this place will be my go to for servicing in the future !

We'd just had the car worked on a month earlier and then hadn't driven it for a month when it was snowy. We panicked and found the only spot that would take us on such short notice. These guys really saved the day, working as fast as they could to get us back on the road and keeping us in the loop the whole time. They even showed us exactly where the previous shop had messed up, taking photos for us. It wasn't cheap, but it was well worth it and we were able to travel a few hours later with no car problems on the whole trip. These guys are honest and hardworking and helped us out in a pinch.
