I had a leather seat on my 2008 Acura TL today. The shop doesn' t look like much but a hidden gem was found when I chose Henry to fix the seat. He performed magic, matched the seat and made it like new. No nonsense, just REALLY good work. I would recommend this business highly read more

This place are super crooks, I was charged $400 for a leaking water into my front passenger floor when ever it rains,,, omg the slightly rude guy that's the son with hair down to his neck almost looks like Aquaman from the avengers movie told me he's doing me a favor for charging me so little, that's not little, I drive a budget vehicle not a high end car, he also told me there's nothing I can do avoid the problem in the future, My only choice is to come back to them and pay again, because I probably park underneath a tree in front of my driveway I just have to keep paying, oh man!!!! I understand that everyone is trying to pay their bills but he couldn't be reasonable with his fee, people also have to survive without being robbed, I also parked in other areas just to prolong their fix from Months at a time and still about 8 months later I had a wet floor in my front passenger side floor, they only put a bandage on the problem so I can come back,,Im not a person that is a auto handyman but I watched YouTube and the solution is so simple, some car manufacturers put a skinny sunroof drainage on their vehicle models, However you can buy a trimmer line on Amazon or a drain line with a brush at the end for a car sunroof drainage line, it's only $9.00 and open your sunroof then there is a drain hole inside of the railing of the sunroof on the driver side and the front passenger side, for me I had to push the trimmer line through the hole of my front passenger side when doing it push It in and out like your jimming the drain out as you are putting the line in the drain hole, it's like you are snakeing the hole keep pushing the line in the hole till you feel that the line reaches the bottom of the drain hole, you will feel when it reaches the bottom, once you reached the bottom pull the line in and out tapping the bottom of the drain, it's like your knocking the debre through the bottom so the water can start to leak on the ground instead of the floor of the car, to ensure you are done pour a small bottle of water into the hole making sure that the water flows to the ground under your vehicle,,,this will unclog any dirt & debre that went in there while the rain and tree particles might have went inside. Do this once in a while to keep your drainage debre free When I did this easy fix I only paid $9.00 !!!! No tools needed, just Snake the hole that's it !!! Mr.trim is a mr. crook!!!! read more

they are criminals. The old guy told me it's $20 to diagnose. I told him the roof was tilting but not retracting. the roof would tilt and close with no problems. he had me wait for 20 mins when the workers came in they looked at it for 5 or so minutes not remove roof liner but did remove switch which I did before also. he came to me and said it's the track that's broken and the roof is open and to close the roof back is $450. I said it was closing why I got to pay now. I walked over to the car and press the switch and it closed. RIPOFF CONARTIST. STAY AWAY. read more

You want easy this is the place. I brought some parts, they helped me order the rest. They were in constant contact, it was 1996 Dodge Van my son inherited. They changed the seat covers , installed a new radio and smart mirror. I have read the other reviews. Patience is key. They nailed this project as I am sure 1000's before who don't write reviews. I am glad I stopped my son is thrilled. Now off to paint. I was recommended by a friend in a local car club. read more

I luckily stumbled across this place and it was amazing! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I have a 2006 Jetta and the upholstery was falling off after being so old. The inside looks brand new! The color is a perfect match and the edges are seamless as you can see in the pictures. read more

Mr Auto Trim - Just finish came out niceee!!! - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

Went twice to get a price on some work and 1st time told to come back on Friday because they could not give a price since the boss wasn't there. This was Tuesday. Ok so now I come Friday and was told again the boss wasn't there to give a price and if I can come next week Tuesday. I politely said no and would not return again. I can not think of a business that must rely on giving a price only when the boss is there who he himself doesn't seem to ever be there. It makes no sense and to me and unprofessional and for that I would not trust them to do good work and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The one woman and the guys that I saw seemed rather friendly and straightforward and so far it does appear that they did a good job but I do not believe that the tiny little piece of part at the side of my brother's car seat that they glued back together was actually worth spending $85 dollars but then again it was not my vehicle therefore not my place to reject the price given but as I said gluing back together plastic for that price we both should have received (you know what) as well read more

Please DO NOT GO TO THIS PEOPLE. Mr Trim should be Mr Crook. My Sunroof on my 2008 Ford Edge would not close. The older man, I think his name was Henry. Told me I have to bring the car in before 8:30 am because they would have to call if parts were needed. He told me I could not bring the car on Saturday it had to be during the week. (I already had a bad feeling about this place) took off from work the following day. Unfortunately, I had to get the sunroof repaired because NYC was experiencing so many days of rain and I could take putting plastic on the top of my car every night. Dropped the car off at 8:30 am the following morning. I spoke to an older woman, I guess it was his wife. By 11 am I did not receive a call about if they will be able to fix it or if the call for the part and how much it will be. I called at noon. The woman tells me she is waiting for a call back about the part. (Info does not should right, why was it taking so long?). Get a call back at 1:30 pm from Mrs Crook. She tells me to repair the sunroof on a 2008 Ford Edge will cost $4,000. Asked why so much, SHE tells me "right and left cable will have to be ordered and a lot of work is involved it will take days to fix." I tell her no, not even the dealership would charge that much!!!. Mrs Crook proceeds to tell me that the other option will be to close the sunroof, but it will not be fixed. I asked her how much. She tells me $470usd. These people are crooks. I had no choice it was going to rain again and I could not continue taking off from work. It took the entire day for them to not fix a sunroof. Went to pick up my SUV and I noticed there was a dent on the side of the passenger door. She claims the car was not moved no one touched the car. How is that possible no one touched the car if the sunroof was closed?. After telling her I plan to take them to small claim court for the damages to my car, she decided to reduce the already overpriced amount she charged me for closing the sunroof of the car. DO NOT GO TO MR. TRIM. THEY ARE MR AND MRS. CROOKS. Also when I finally got my keys back the driver seat was reclined as if someone was driving around in it. They are the worst. That was the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a car repair shop. I still have to find a repair shop that is willing to provide honest work at a fair price. read more

Had the headliner on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee replaced. Done quickly and perfectly. Price was good, too

I woke up this morning to a broken window and ransacked car. To say the least I felt violated. I was referred to Mr. Auto Trim and was greated by Henry the owner. He addressed me with kindess and treated with respect and empathy, apologizing for my misfortune. The work was done efficiently. They delt with my insurance and remained in communication with me throughout the process. My window was repaired by lunchtime and I am now able to head to work with peace of mind. read more

I took my center console for my 1966 impala to Mr. Auto Trim. He recovered the console and repaired it and matched the material perfectly to the inside of the car. I Soo wanted this shop to be my repair shop ... I was very happy with the service I recieve on my z3 convertible . Great Job and fair price ! While the car was there it took a few good scratches and dings ... I took that on the chin and lived with that as repair wounds . I will get them fixed . A week later I brought my sister in laws car to have a few things taking care of .. First car in and again nice fast service . Fair price ! As I was taking the car home the window was getting stuck .. And I said to my self , something is wrong !! Few hours latter the sun comes out and I realize the car is covered in over spray glue !!!! All over the F@#king car windows .. Paint .. Bumpers you name it with a fine glue mist over spray ! I went back to show my problem to the owners wife .. Witch I enjoyed dealing with and one of the reasons that I came back She brought me into the garage where they worked on the car and where here slob men where spraying head liners with glue !! It turned out to be a cursing match I they completely denied and lied about there mistake blamed it on a tree and now $300 to Clean there mess !! I will never recommend or give them my bussiness after the way they ended or relation Very disappointed in there dishonest ways Shame on them ! Disgusted . Thanks for nothing liars . read more

THE WORST upholstery shop I've ever been in. Only bring your car here if you want shoddy work done. Henry is incompetent. Granted, I have a classic Cadillac, but nothing was done right. I asked him to fully recover my headrest and he patched it. I also asked him to put my door panels back on... a simple task, right? He put one on crooked and the other one was on fine but he left a motor wire in the way of the window so it cannot roll down. I will bring my car to a REAL shop and have them do REAL work, not play games. They are not real professionals and take no pride in their work. It's one thing to do bad work, but this is a complete joke. Don't waste your time on this place MOVE ON! read more
