He said he had same-day availability, so I gathered up three friends who would act as witnesses and made an appointment for a few hours later. David arrived to the house and was very professional. My friends are very lively and sarcastic, but David was a great sport and laughed right along with us as we joked around. We got all the signatures completed on the documents and he ensured that everything was done exactly as it should be, even carefully checking our signatures against our licenses and administering the needed oath as required by the documentation. We thought everything went well, until the package arrived at its destination when I happened to be there and realized one of the gifts in the box was missing. They then called me back to say they found the missing package and they were sending it to its destination for free. I appreciate them finding the package and resolving the situation.
