They require your birth certificate and current drivers license and 2 forms of proof of residence ( pg and e and vehicle registration was acceptable). It was a great experience! MEGAN waited on us and she was patient and helpful! How refreshing! We were in and out within 10 minutes! When you take your photo it really don't not capture your top...just your face! Thank you again Megan for your compassion and patience with a disabled individual! He appreciated it!

Sam, who to this day I think highly of, said and did what he promised. That to me made my being there in his capable hands well worthy. I had previously renewed a vehicle registration, paid with Apple Pay if not mistaken, and received my tags and registration on the spot. Back then a very nice lady handled my business. Yes, back then and even now, I tried to justify not going to the DMV, and both times I felt that for the money I got a good result. Specially this last visit, Sam operated and his demeanor raised the bar where good service is concerned. Also something I've never experienced to this date happened: I received a call by Sam saying I needed to bring the original certificate as the DMV would not take a copy. Near closing time I rushed and handed the original certificate as required. This whole process had me stressed out and this new development did not appease matters with the famous line: what could possibly go wrong? Here goes the kicker! I returned home ready to wait when, lo and behold!, the darn Title was in my mailbox less than half a day later! No baloney, document was there in record time. Now how in the heck that happened, as most are familiar the DMV is not necessarily fast, I simply can't figure it out. Needless to say I praised the Lord but also the way the story ended. Seriously, 12 hours later? Almost Harry Potter like, so do forgive me if I give Registration Express Group and Sam, it's able operator, a much deserved and impressive delivery of a critical document from the DMV. Mystified and Grateful, and should point out, a nice group of people running the show. Even the cheerful skeleton inside seemed to wave me off goodbye. 5 Stars.

I made time to take off from work for jury duty and it's not my fault the case didn't need me part of the summon and I the case excuse me. I thought she was very rude to me and what she said to me is unprofessional. This took place on June 3rd 2025, around 12:50-1pm. I did not purposefully ask for time off for jury duty. I need a copy for work as backup for asking time off. So I have evidence.
